v1.2.07 Release Notes

Hello everyone,

Version 1.2.07 is now available and contains various updates / bug fixes based on issues reported by the community.

We would like to thank all of our players and community for all of the reports and feedback we’ve received, it’s been incredibly helpful!

Quality of Life
  • Picking up items on planets / stations would sometimes require very specific aiming, and didn’t always visually match the location of the item. This system has been overhauled to make it smoother and quicker to pick up items near you.
  • Picking up equipment will now auto-equip if you have an empty equipment slot
  • Added a “door ready to open” green flashing light near the lower labs containment door in the Lost Colony to help make it clearer to players when the door can be opened.

Updates
  • Updated translation database to include all of the text in the Depths of Umbra-K54 campaign. User-created languages on Steam Workshop can now be updated to v0.90. More info here: https://www.pulsarthegame.com/translation-system-guide
  • The dialogue menu now can display dialogue choices side-by-side when there would not be enough space for them to fit vertically in the menu UI
  • Sectors created for a mission will no longer disappear on the starmap the moment the mission is completed. They now will remain visible until you leave the sector.

Fixes
  • Fixed caching issue with the status screen causing them to frequently show incorrect readings for reactor status and quantum shield status
  • Fixed various null reference exceptions across the game reported by the game’s analytics
  • Improved and rebuilt the AI navigation mesh for the W.D. weapons demo mission level, bots could get stuck in the observation deck area
  • Fixed an issue that could cause multiple sectors to be incorrectly placed at the same location. These overlapping sectors can cause multiple glitches and issues.
  • The starmap lines showing the sectors neighbors in warp range should no longer point to invisible sectors
  • Fixed issue with the Captain’s hailing test in the Academy that caused it to unable to be completed

Thanks for your time!

Best,
The Leafy Games Team
