April 12, Update

Hi all,

This update has a bunch of fixes.

There were a few trees and sidescroller assets with the wrong shaders. These have been fixed.

The start and exit locator for Drone Kombat assets has been fixed.

Drone pieces of destroyed drones are cleaned up when new scene loads.

Some text in the World Builder Voxel Editor window was incorrectly sized. This has been fixed.

Lastly, you can now use the Properties WIndow to change the wave length and wave interval in the FPS players.

Enjoy!

March 20, Update

Hi all!

This update contains a few small fixes and tweaks.

First, the autosave toggle settings were not being saved between sessions. This has been fixed.

Second, fonts used in the intro and outro of the FPS player story were not showing up correctly. This has been fixed

Third, the battery pickup in the FPS players has been fixed.

Fourth, the initial settings window for the FPS players as well as Platformer and ARPG players has been removed. This is so that you can still customize your splash screen and menu background without worrying about seeing any default info before even opening your game.

Fifth, some tree shaders in the Scene Loader have been fixed. They were showing up pink.

Sixth, the preview tile in the World Builder warehouse would stop rotating when you use the Select Tool. This has been fixed.

Seventh, Depth of Field has been added back into the World Builder. This was removed a while back.

Eighth, the internal FPS player camera rotate speed has been reduced by 33%. Hopefully this will give it a less breakneck feel when you look around.

Enjoy!

March 10, Update

Hi all,

This update is all over the place.

The first change is merely minor GUI fixes in the external players.

The second change is a fix to the ammo pickups in the FPS players. Some of them were not disappearing on pickup, and may have swapped weapons to an empty one.

The third change is a bit exciting. You now have the ability to change the splash screen and background of the FPS players, as well as the Platformer and ARPG players.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z7hKyxLoksg&t=1s

Each of the players now has the ability to interact with sidescroller objects, such as the super jump and barrels. In the future, I would like to add something like a shop so you can spend your sidescroller coins for stuff like health and ammo.

Lastly, a shader error in the scene loader has been fixed. Certain trees were importing without a shader, causing them to be pink.

Enjoy!
