Dear players,

We are going to release an update to fix many issues that you care about! It will improve the game’s stability and player experience. The server will be down for maintenance.

[h3]Balance [/h3]
Factions
Betrayer-Infection
- Cast range reduced from 15m → 5m.

[h3]Items[/h3]
Shotgun
- Damage adjusted from 18–36 → 14–32.
- shots to down a player increased from 5 → 7.

Rifle
- Damage per shot reduced from 3×8 → 3×7; bonus multiplier increased from 0.3 → 0.4.
- Shots to down a player increased from 6 → 7.

Axe
- Critical hit damage increased from 14 → 16.
- Fixed a bug causing guaranteed crits during charged attacks.

Adrenaline Rework
Previous dodge roll invincibility frames made Adrenaline combos overpowered. Even without i-frames, its strength needed tuning for high-tier roll mutations.
- Old: 25% movespeed + no stamina loss for 10s → New: 20% movespeed + 10 stamina/sec for 12s.

Genesis Hymn & Baby Shark
- Optimized VFX/SFX to match actual effective ranges.

Scanner
- Range reduced from 30m → 20m; duration decreased from 120s → 60s.

Engineer
- Scan range reduced from 30m → 20m.

Inquisitor
- Name the Accused duration reduced from 75s → 60s.

Director
- Fixed a bug where her monkey explosions caused infinite marking.

Gunner
- Active (Ammo Crate): No longer grants +25% weapon damage; now applies slow on next few shots.
- Passive: Replaced +25% weapon damage with +3 flat weapon damage.

Agent
- Active skill duration reduced from 30s → 20s.

Psychologist
- Passive: Full sanity → 80%+ sanity.
- Healing reduced from 3 HP/s → 2 HP/s; duration halved (10s → 5s).

[h3]Gameplay[/h3]
Dodge Roll
- Reverted i-frames logic. Rolls now take damage from dynamic objects.

Mutation
- Adjusted probability distribution by tier to prevent extreme high/low rolls:
- Lv1: Unchanged.
- Lv2: 0/5/50/45 → 0/0/60/40.
- Lv3: 3/62/15/20 → 0/65/35/0.
- Lv4: 7/50/30/13 → 20/60/20/0.
- Lv5: Unchanged.

Strange Items
- Fixed inflated drop rates for Second Chance, D6, Panacea, and Rubber Duck.
- New item: Gravity Anomaly – Periodically deploy traps that pull players inward and deal damage.

Operating Table
- Interaction time increased from 2s → 3s to prevent unintended mid-combat use.

[h3]Audio & VFX[/h3]
- Fixed Camera weapon SFX (no longer sounds like a shotgun).
- Added missing SFX for Alternate transformations.
- New audio cue for [Call of Darkness] and [Wicker Man] remaining duration.
- Adjusted Electric/Gas Trap VFX to match actual ranges.

[h3]UI[/h3]
- Fixed hidden single-digit values for crafting materials >20.
- Resolved button flickering in Impostor skill selection UI.
- Restored partial Surveillance Room UI.
- Replaced irrelevant lore on script selection screen with gameplay tips.
- Added player level display in pre-game lobby.

[h3]Others[/h3]
- New April 1 login rewards & shop rotation.
- Added Avatar Frame Backgrounds (affects lobby, profile, and friend cards).
- Fixed texture errors on select skins.
