Our goal of creating POPUCOM is to offer unforgettable moments of pure happiness and enjoyment for everyone and their friends. [/p][p][/p][p]Since the official launch of POPUCOM, we have been hard at work gathering feedback and suggestions from every adventurer. We're also doing our best to optimize and tweak the POPUCOM experience so that future updates can give everyone a smoother gaming experience and richer content. We're doing everything we can to live up to your expectations and trust in us. [/p][p][/p][p]We thank everyone for their support and feedback, and hope that every adventurer will be able to create memorable and joyous moments with their POPUCOM teammates. [/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Q: I keep running into issues of network lag and high ping. What should I do?[/p][p]A: We've received your feedback and are very sorry that such issues have affected your POPUCOM experience. Prior to the publishing of this notice, we already released the V1.0.2 update for optimizing network configurations for those playing via Steam and alleviating issues of network fluctuations that may happen during certain situations. [/p][p][/p][p]To tackle the network connection issues, the dev team has completed a round of optimizations for our network service nodes across the globe. [/p][p][/p][p]We will also continue to monitor and troubleshoot all future feedback regarding network connections and do everything in our power to solve and improve network issues. [/p][p][/p][p]Should network issues persist, try following these steps to solve them: [/p][p](1) Visit this link to test your connection: https://d.gryphline.com[/p][p](2) If you cannot pass this test, try resetting your network and resetting your DNS to the default DNS. Please refer the following detailed guide:[/p][p][/p][p]\[For Windows 10 users][/p][p]1) Open Network & Internet settings: Right click on the network icon (lower-right corner of the taskbar) → Select "Open Network & Internet settings".[/p][p]2) Open change adapter options: Click on "Change adapter options" on the left side of the screen.[/p][p]3) Edit network connection properties: Find the network connection you're currently using (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, etc.) → Right click → Select "Properties"[/p][p]4) Reset the DNS: Select "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" → Click "Properties", select "Obtain DNS server address automatically", then Click "OK".[/p][p][/p][p]\[For Windows 11 users][/p][p]1) Open settings: "Windows key" + "I" to open "Settings" → Click "Network & internet"[/p][p]2) Select your network connection: Click on the network connection you're currently using (Ethernet, Wi-Fi, etc.).[/p][p]3) Open IP settings: Find the "DNS server assignment" → Click on the "Edit" button on the right side.[/p][p]4) Set it to auto: In the pop-up window, select "Automatic (DHCP)", then Save the settings.[/p][p][/p][p]If you have performed these steps but the issue persists or you encounter abnormal network performances, please submit a problem feedback ticket. How do I link my SKLAND account / claim free cosmetic items from SKLAND?[/p][p]A: Before POPUCOM launched, the dev team made a plan in case our Steam / Epic Games Store users cannot link their SKLAND account to claim the free cosmetic rewards. [/p][p][/p][p]If you are one of these players, visit our POPUCOM \[Official Discord] for a special channel for claiming our free cosmetic rewards. Click here to join our \[Official Discord] to claim the \[Gentle Breeze & Oopa Slippers] redemption codes. Follow these steps to get the free cosmetic rewards: [/p][p][/p][p]1) Visit our official POPUCOM Discord and find this channel "👕free-cosmetics-check-here👟", then copy the limited-time gift pack redemption codes.[/p][p]2) Start the game, then follow this path: Settings → Game → Gift code, then paste in the redemption codes.[/p][p][/p][p]If you encounter any issues when trying to claim the rewards, contact us via modmail or our Discord staff. Given the current limitations, this method of claiming giveaways may be a little convoluted, and we humbly apologize for any inconvenience caused.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Q: Is there any way to POPUCOM together with random adventurers?[/p][p]A: Apologies, but the feature of instant matchmaking is not yet available. We have created a special channel on our \[Official POPUCOM Discord] that you can use to look for fellow adventurers along with voice chat rooms and other amenities. Join our Discord and party up for some POPUCOM adventures![/p][p]Join our \[Official Discord][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Q: I try to start POPUCOM on my Steam Deck but it keeps crashing. Can I actually play this game on the Steam Deck?[/p][p]A: We immediately troubleshoot this issue upon receiving your feedback! Crashes on the Steam Deck are due to compatibility issues with our previous version. An emergency fix has been released with the V1.0.2 update. Adventurers should now be able to play POPUCOM on Steam Deck normally with this update. Some compatibility issues may persist. We are constantly working on more optimizations and fixes. [/p][p][/p][p]We'd also like to thank our adventurers for notifying us of this issue. We will be doing our best to ensure an enjoyable POPUCOM experience on the Steam Deck.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Q: I came across controller compatibility issues while playing POPUCOM. Is there a fix for this?[/p][p]A: If you encounter controller mapping issues while playing on Steam, try using the POPUCOM controller options, select \[Prohibit Steam Input], and then restart the game. [/p][p][/p][p]For adventurers who cannot tick the box for agreeing to the terms of services with the controller, a fix is on the way in a future update. [/p][p][/p][p]When you're in the Room preparation screen, you can use the Cancel action (by pressing R or Esc keys) to switch to controller input. Hot switching in the game is also supported by certain models of controllers. [/p][p][/p][p]If you encounter other issues with your controller, feel free to provide us with the model of your controller and we will work on a fix to ensure its compatibility![/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Q: Why is POPUCOM fixed to 60 fps?[/p][p]A: Currently, we have to fix the highest framerate to 60 fps in order to provide a stable online gaming experience for adventurers of different platforms and to avoid screen stutters and other performance issues that may occur in specific scenarios. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this limitation. [/p][p][/p][p]We also noticed comments and guides teaching adventurers how to "force change" the settings and unlock fps limitations. However, we do not recommend using them as such actions may lead to additional performance issues that you might not be able to fix or tweak on your own. Do note that the dev team is treating the fps feedback as a major issue and we're working around the clock to optimize high fps performances. [/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Q: I'm experiencing lags/crashes. What should I do?[/p][p]A: We're really sorry if our adventurers are experiencing issues with their POPUCOM experience. Optimization issue is a top priority for the dev team. [/p][p][/p][p]1) Check if your device meets the minimum system requirements >>>Click here to view \[system requirements][/p][p]2) Check if the game-installation path includes Asian or other special characters, and if the path is longer than 255 characters. [/p][p]3) Finally, check if you have pending graphics card driver updates. [/p][p][/p][p]If your issue persists even after following the methods listed above, then follow the \[Game Log Acquisition Guide], locate your Game Log, and send it to us to help us troubleshoot your issue. [/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Q: I'm stuck at the login screen of POPUCOM and I can't get in. None of the buttons appear either. What should I do?[/p][p]A: Try following these steps: [/p][p]1) Check if the game-installation path includes Asian or other special characters, and if the path is longer than 255 characters. [/p][p]2) If the issue persists, find the settings.data file in the following path, and send it to our customer service team, then delete the settings.data file and try entering the game again to see if it works. Path to the settings.data file: %USERPROFILE%/AppData/LocalLow/HyperGryph/Popucom/Settings[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Q: Party Mode is too short / not fun enough. I really need to party it up![/p][p]A: Currently, stage designs for Party Mode are catered towards adventurers who just got started on POPUCOM. Our concern is that players who haven't completed Story Mode and the relevant tutorials might stumble a bit when they start playing Party Mode directly. [/p][p][/p][p]Now that we've received feedback concerning Party Mode stage designs, we now have plans to provide more engaging stages to enrich the Party Mode experience in future updates (for free)! And we are definitely looking forward to getting your feedback with our future updates for the Party Mode! - Fixed a respawn point error for Player 2 that halted gameplay under certain conditions in the [Glacier Weather Station] stage.

- Fixed host players being unable to unlock the [Oops, Slippery Fingers] achievement in online co-op.
- Fixed the [friendly fire damage] setting in online co-op: damage between players is now fully blocked when the host player turns it off.

▼Others
- Fixed launch issues on Steam Deck. Additional compatibility work is underway.
- Fixed occasional false network alerts during cross-platform co-op, even when the host's connection was stable.
- Improved network setup for Steam to reduce network fluctuations in certain cases.

- Fixed early appearance of Heromu for guest players in online co-op.
- Fixed occasional scaling up of interactables in the [Tropical Isle] stage.
- Fixed frame drops after a prolonged pause during the Spidie Rock battle.
- Fixed enemy bullets occasionally aiming incorrectly when both players were defeated in the Spidie Rock battle.
- Fixed crosshair sometimes disappearing for Player 1 in the [Captain Kitty, Lift It Off and Keep Steady] stage in local play.
- Fixed Kind Bear parts occasionally not moving with the guest player's shield in the [Desert Arsenal] stage in online co-op.
- Fixed Andrew's arm occasionally vanishing after being knocked off.
- Fixed occasional enemy respawn point error when both players were defeated in the Vivid Boa battle.
- Fixed skill display issues after returning to checkpoint during the Idolmu fight.

- Fixed enemy ghosting when both Color Enhancement Mode and Dynamic Resolution were enabled.

- Fixed UI display issues caused by pressing [ESC] when entering the shop in Party Mode.
- Fixed logic and visual errors caused by returning to checkpoint when riding Chick Coaster.
- Fixed occasional character overlap when jumping into Chick Coaster together.
- Fixed inability to exit the room creation screen in certain edge cases.
- Fixed overlap between achievement pop-up and dialog box after missile construction completed.
