Add new Top Time online leaderboards to complement Top Score
Add Record below Total Score on the level tally for comparison, like the other factors

Fix Classic HUD option applying incorrectly to the SpisMall
Fix sounds sometimes being cut off even though there are still free channels
Fix Steam Overlay preventing Manic Mode from working on Windows
Fix a Linux case-sensitivity bug
