Hotfix 09614
Fixes:
- backpack bug should completely fixed for new players
- equipping no equipment item to equipment's bug fixed
- removed power after didn't successfully destroy a build bug fixed
- shield bug fixed after reloading the game didn't save
- a bug that caused after loading the game didn't have visible Powercell's in Powercell charger
- vehicle station when builded close to large habitat room bug fixed
