[/p][p]Today we are talking about a new feature available in Biped 2 — character customization! We have already touched on this topic in a recent development diary entry, but now we are ready to tell (and show) even more interesting details.[/p][p][/p][p]The colorful landscapes may change throughout your journey, but the bipedal robots will always be in the frame. If you have long wanted to diversify their appearance, or your exquisite sense of style requires you to immediately replace the chicken hat on the robot cat, the solution is already here![/p][p]In Biped 2, you will find a wide range of accessories for your characters - put a toad backpack or a crown on your hero; give him a guitar or attach a peacock tail. The accessories themselves will be divided into three categories: hats and glasses - for the “heads” of the bipeds, decorations that are attached to the back of the robots, and visual effects that accompany the character.[/p][p][/p][p]All decorations can be purchased by collecting in-game tokens scattered throughout the levels. Before you know it, you will have a wardrobe for your heroes and will be able to conquer the levels of Biped 2 in the style that you like the most! And if your friends in co-op mode say that a chicken hat does not go with a fox tail, remember that you can always throw the critics into the abyss.
Another important addition - all decorations and accessories will be available for in-game tokens; you will not be required to make purchases with real money. But if you prefer more sophisticated outfits, then we have great news — Biped 2 has a character customization system for you! You can buy clothes and accessories in the in-game store for coins and stars collected during levels. In this diary, we'll share what our team has already accomplished and what lies ahead. Prepare for great news![/p][p][/p][p]Shared accomplishments[/p][p]We've already told you that the development team is working on the transition from online to P2P format: this will allow players to enjoy the game in cooperative mode without lag and connection problems. And today we are happy to announce that the transition to the P2P system has been successfully completed! Play Biped 2 with friends from other countries and continents as comfortably as if they were sitting on the same couch with you... and if they pay you a visit IRL, just switch to local co-op mode![/p][p][/p][p]...Very nice, but when is the game coming out?[/p][p]That's a question we are excited to answer, adventurers! We know that many of you are eager to check out the full version of Biped 2, and the developers are working hard to bring you new mechanics, improved controls, and an updated co-op mode. And we are happy to announce that Biped 2 will be released this fall! [/p][p]A few more things about the fall[/p][p]If you are already daydreaming of colorful forests and the brisk atmosphere of autumn, you will love the new biome featured in Biped 2! In your adventures you will visit not only mountains and rivers, but also a beautiful autumnal forest. [p]Hello, Bipeds![/p][p][/p][p]We are extremely excited to present a new demo update! We’ve got lots of feedback and made awesome changes to make Biped 2 an even better game for everyone. [/p][p][/p][p]So, what’s new? [/p]

• [p]Peer-to-peer online connection — no more region selections or any other shenanigans. Now, coop mode works through the P2P connection system, which should drastically improve ping. connection quality and streamline the experience;[/p]
• [p]Easy and Hard mode selection — we’ve had lots of feedback about the puzzle difficulty and a need for a more relaxed experience, akin to the first game. We’ve added a new difficulty setting, so now you are in full control of your gameplay. Challenge lovers can tackle the hard mode, and if you are here just for the vibes with your friends, the easy mode is a perfect choice for you.[/p]
• [p]Brand new PVP mode — for the first time ever, Biped will have a 2 vs 2 PVP mode. Race your friends through the levels and see who is the fastest Biped! In the Demo, you can have a taste of one level in this new mode. [/p]
