Fixed some bugs in the pathfinding algorithm and increased industry job generation.
[h2]Changelog:[/h2]
- Increased industry job generation from 40 to 100.
- Fixed some translation errors (in the pt_br location).
- Resolved the issue with duplicate buildings (mayor's house, police station, etc.).
- Rewrote all location languages (including Polish).
