Release date delay, Launch trailer

Hello everyone!
I know you've been waiting for the upcoming early access release of the game, and we can't wait to get the game into your hands too, but you are going to wait a little bit longer. We decided to push release date two weeks later. This will give us more time for polishing up the EA version of the game, and also will give the game some breathing room, by not releasing near huge AAA game releases.

Last development blog before game release

Hello everyone!

We’ve been out of touch for quite a while. This is because, over the last six months, we’ve been actively working on story-related content and didn’t want to spoil anything.

At this point, we’ve practically finished all the content planned for the Early Access launch and are busy finalizing all the functionality—namely crafting, the skill system, construction, multiplayer stability, and more. Our current target date for Early Access is March 24. We’ll do our best to choose the most suitable date to avoid clashing with major releases and to ensure the game is in the best possible condition for Early Access. The game will include two fully completed initial zones and a partially completed major first city—providing at least 8–10 hours of content in a single playthrough.



[h2]Participation in Next Fest[/h2]

As many of you may know, our demo took part in the Steam festival back in October. Overall, we’re pleased with the feedback from players, and we received a lot of useful input. The main points were:

  1. Better optimization
  2. Improved character responsiveness
  3. Overhauling the skill system


We’ve taken this feedback into account and are actively working on fixing these issues. In the Early Access version, you’ll be able to use all skill variations simultaneously. This has unlocked the potential for a huge variety of builds, and we’re currently focusing on skill balance.

[h2]Participation in Igroprom, RED Expo[/h2]

This fall, we also had the chance to take part in major Russian conventions—Igroprom and RED Expo. It was great to chat in person with fans, see them play the demo, and hear their opinions. Additionally, the first Gedonia was awarded Best Russian RPG.

This post is the last development blog we’re planning before the Early Access launch. We’re all eagerly awaiting March 24, when we can finally let you play the game. Thank you for your attention, and happy holidays!

Demo update 1.03a

Hello everyone! I've updated the demo with a couple of quick patches:

  • Improved responsiveness of the character overall
  • Now when you loot an item, it will automatically loot items around it, so you won't need to gather everything around manually. I'm still gonna try sticking with this loot system at the moment, and try to improve it further, nut if later down the line, community will still be against it, we will return to the loot system from Gedonia 1
  • Fixed few small visual issues
  • Slightly improved oprimization of the open world zone
  • Fixed issue with keybindings not working
  • UI scaling in options now works properly
  • Fixed issue with character save slots corrupting
  • Fixed few minor bugs and added few UI improvements
