I’ve just released a fresh new update, including some long-awaited improvements and fixes:

• 
  Game engine upgraded to Unity 6 – This took a bit longer than expected and involved quite a bit of extra behind-the-scenes work, but it unlocks new possibilities for performance and future content.
  
• Top Pilots Leaderboard (Steam) – Now showing scores from players worldwide!
  
• Leaderboard now accessible in the Main Menu
  
• Hard difficulty now earns DOUBLE credits
  
• UI improvements and better usability
  
• Bug fix: You can now complete Level 7 (Metropolitan) as intended!
  
• Several other bugs squashed

Dear Gravity Cab Fans,


First and foremost, thank you for your incredible patience, support, and enthusiasm as I’ve been working to bring Gravity Cab to life. As a solo indie developer with no external funding, this game has been a true labour of love, created during every spare moment I could find outside my full-time job (and, yes, even my second job). It has been a challenging journey, but your encouragement and interest have kept me going every step of the way.


After careful consideration, I’m excited to announce that Gravity Cab will launch in Early Access on Steam on 31 January 2025! 🎉


I was originally set out to release the game earlier this year, but, as some of you know, I had to adjust the timeline several times to ensure the game reaches the quality you all deserve. Each delay has allowed me to refine the experience, add more exciting content, and polish the mechanics to bring you a game I’m truly proud of. Now, with just a few final bug fixes and a marketing push ahead, I’m confident that Gravity Cab will be ready to make its debut at the end of January.



[h2]Why Early Access?[/h2]

Launching in Early Access is a decision I’ve made not just to bring you the game sooner, but also to include YOU in the process. Early Access will allow me to gather your valuable feedback as you explore the game, refine the experience further, and build the remaining content together with the community. Plus, buying the game in Early Access means you’ll get it at a lower price, with free updates as I add new levels and features leading up to the full release.

The full release of Gravity Cab will come sometime in 2025, and its timeline will largely depend on the success of Early Access.
