Canvas Render Fix + CleanUp!

Now it should NOT matter in which resolution you are playing the game! But for thew best experience ingame, remember that the game was developed with "16:9 1080p60" in mind.
If the game starts in Exclusive-Fullscreen mode but with low / ultra pixelated graphic settings, press "ALT+Enter" (Fullscreen to Windowed / Windowed to Fullscreen) shortcut two times and it should be fixed.

I deleted unneeded code and sprites for smaller diskspace. Detailed information below:
From Size on Disk: 379.9 MB
To Size on Disk: 162.0 MB
