Chapter 1: Expedition
[p]
[/p]
1.1 Before Departure
[p]All expedition members will receive basic gear and supplies prior to their first mission.
The exact items provided may vary depending on the current situation.
If you require additional equipment, we recommend securing necessary items in advance from shops located within NAKWON.
You may only bring what is physically on your person or inside your backpack into the expedition area.
Please double-check your belongings before departure to ensure nothing is missing.

[/p]
1.2 Selecting Region and Expedition Method
[p]Expeditions are currently limited to two difficulty-based zones within the Jongno area.
Tapgol Park is known for relatively safer extractions. Additional expedition zones are under review and will be announced once ready.
You may board an expedition vessel alone or in pairs. Please confirm your team before departure.
Teams will be matched with other extractors under the same conditions.
Some expedition types allow combat between survivors, while others do not.
Be sure to clearly communicate your preferred expedition type before setting out.

[/p]
1.3 Expedition Environment
[p]Environmental conditions within the expedition zone will be announced beforehand.
Please review such information prior to departure.
Weather may affect visibility and sound detection range due to noise and visual obstructions.

[/p]
1.4 Start and End of the Expedition
[p]Upon disembarking, the Committee will assign each extractor a starting point.
You must begin the expedition there and extract through the assigned exit.
More details on exits will be shared in future announcements.
If your health is depleted or your infection level reaches critical, you will be marked as "left behind."
Infection may rise when attacked by the infected or from prolonged in-zone duration.
Left-behind extractors will be transported back to their shelter for inspection.
Equipment and supplies may be lost during transport.[/p]
