If there is a significant difference between the time set on your computer and the actual time, you may not be able to connect.[/p][p]Please go to Windows Settings > Time & Language > Date & time > and turn 'Set time automatically' to 'On'.[/p][p]As the game is still in the testing phase, you may experience some difficulties playing even if you meet the minimum/recommended specifications due to a lack of optimization.[/p][p][/p][h3]Q. I can't create a nickname.[/h3][p]The nickname creation rules are as follows:[/p]

• [p]4 to 16 English characters[/p]
• [p]Numbers can be used[/p]

[p]Languages other than English and numbers will not be displayed on the screen, and even if it is later displayed correctly in English, the nickname will not be created.[/p][p][/p][p]You can solve this with the following steps.[/p]

1. [p]Go to Settings > Time & Language > Language & region > Click the ... to the right of Korean > Click Language options.[/p]
2. [p]Click the ... to the right of Microsoft IME > Click Keyboard options.[/p]
3. [p]Change the "Use previous version of Microsoft IME" setting to "On" as shown below.[/p]

3. [p]Your internet connection is noisy or experiencing high traffic.[/p]

[p]If you are using a wireless connection, we recommend switching to a wired LAN connection. It may also help to connect the internet cable directly to your PC instead of going through a router.[/p][p]Please also check if your graphics card drivers are up to date and update them if necessary.[/p][p]We recommend comparing your PC's specifications with the minimum/recommended requirements for NAKWON.[/p][p][/p][p]If you are using a low-spec PC, please try changing the in-game settings.[/p]
