🔥 ACT II – New Location: Lviv HQ & More! 🔥

We've been deep in the trenches to show you some of new ACT II that will be within the game, along with Lviv location. Additionally, we were working on 3D cutscenes and the frozen exile of Siberia… Let’s break it all down!

[h2]Welcome to Lviv (ACT II)[/h2]
Warsaw Citadel (which is currently in Demo) was just the beginning! In ACT II, you step into Lviv Polytechnic, sending Morse code messages from a tenement flat deep inside the Lviv city.

[h2]Pre-Rendered 3D Cutscenes – March to Siberia[/h2]
Take a first look at Siberia, a brutal exile destination for prisoners, inspired by the 1866 painting "March to Siberia" by Artur Grottger.

We took Telegraphist 1920 across the sea to PG Connects London - and the UK gamers loved it!

✍️ New Demo Update: RPG Mastery System

New demo is coming Tomorrow (Friday) at 7 PM GMT.

We have worked on so many features that we think you will be very happy with the progress!

New features include: Mastery System, New Animations, New Optional Tutorials, Full Controller and Steam Deck Support, New iteration of UI/UX and much more!

(Including haptics and vibrations!)

You can now play the demo with any controller and complete it from start to finish (only the Level Editor remains unsupported!).

(Oh mighty Valve, please add us to your manual queue for Steam Deck Verified! 🙏)

Feel much more dynamic during sudden events, such as reparing the telegraph or changing frequency.

[h2]RPG Mastery System[/h2]
Recently, we were designing a system that would reward player for learning Morse code and at the same time satisfy rhythm players. Here's what we've come up with...

Based on how many times you tapped properly Morse letters you now gain levels for each of them. You can track the experience points (XP) in the Hub:

(Also: there will be English translation under Morse code text, if you can read fast enough!)

As you can see this system could be a great foundation for learning Morse code and at the same time increase difficulty level.

Just imagine other campaigns made by community trying to convey own messages, tell story with it. Level Editor is already finished to make custom levels, but we will definitely focus on more content for players and Steam Workshop integrity in the near future.

October Update: New Demo & PGA 2024 Highlights

If you haven’t been following us on Discord recently (be sure to join our Discord), we recently attended Poznań Game Arena 2024, organized in collaboration with the Indie Games Poland Foundation. Huge thanks to them and our fellow exhibitors, especially FolkOrigin, who had a booth next to ours!



Alongside our immersive booth setup, we showcased a new private demo at the event! And guess what... we’ve just released a new update for the public demo on Steam. Now you can try out the new features yourself!

[h3]Changelog - Update 0.15.6-demo:[/h3]
  • New character in the Hub - Zosia. You can chat with her in Hub Levels 2, 4, and 6.
  • New gameplay mechanic - Frequency Match. Use the arrow keys to match upcoming frequencies.
  • Level 5 has been completely reworked for the new QTE mechanics.
  • All levels are now better balanced for gameplay.
  • Added a sound effect when you enter the "Missed" state during gameplay.
  • Added highlights to specific parts of Morse code to assist with learning (we’re continuing to work on progression and learning features).
  • Weather now affects the Hub and Gameplay, enhancing the emotional depth of the story.
  • Improved Main Menu visuals.
  • And much more...

It's been a while as we've been cooking some new stuff under radar.
But finally, we are ready to telegraph interesting messages to you!

Following previous month, Julia joined us as a new graphic artist - she will be working on new characters, UI assets and marketing graphics. This new character (first concept) and new Key Art was created by her!

We discussed how to incorporate our vision to make the new Key Art consistent with the game and it's time to unveil new art for Telegraphist 1920: Beats of War. This fresh coat of paint will accompany you now on Steam page alongside with new logo:




[h2]Upcoming Steam Rhythm Fest[/h2]
Telegraphist 1920: Beats of War is taking part in upcoming Steam Rhythm Fest 2024. Starting from 19 August 10 am PDT we will share a new demo for this very occasion.
