Launch Date: early March

Hello, adventurers!

I want to share an update about Endless RPG’s release plans. The Early Access launch will be moving to early March instead of January. This wasn’t an easy decision, but it’s crucial to give the game the best possible start and I need your help to make it happen.

Right now, Endless RPG has about 340 wishlists, but to succeed, I need many more. That’s why I’ll be showcasing the game at Steam NextFest at the end of February. It’s a huge opportunity to grow our community, and the extra time will help ensure the Early Access release is polished and full of charm.


To make the wait worthwhile:
  • I’ll be releasing a fully-featured demo by January, so you can dive in and experience everything the game has to offer.
  • If you’d like to go the extra mile and support the project, I’ve set up a Buy Me a Coffee page. Every little bit helps keep this dream alive.


I won’t sugarcoat it, this is make-or-break for me. If the wishlist trend doesn’t pick up, this game may be my last. But I’m holding onto hope because of all of you who’ve supported me so far. Together, I believe we can make Endless RPG the success it deserves to be.

Quests are Available!!!

Our latest update brings a massive overhaul with a fully Quest Engine! 🎉 Quests are dynamic, with new rewards, complex interactions, and better tracking to shape your journey across the lands.

To get the full experience, we recommend starting a new game so you can enjoy the updated quest system right from the beginning.

  • Added various Quest Node types: dialogue calls, waypoint creation, timers, and quest variables.
  • Added setup for Party Quests and specific troops on map with callbacks for combat outcomes.
  • Enhanced Quest Node types, adding completed quest storage and validation.
  • Improved quest nodes, outcomes, and validation in the Quests Engine.
  • Added persistent Quest Alerts with options and sound effects.
  • Updated Party Screen to show active and completed quests, watchable quests, and quest abandonment options.
  • Improved quest display in top left, added waypoint and troop path visibility on hover.
  • Created Animal Quest with support for sprites, map querying, saving/loading, and cleanup.
  • Improved chained calls for nodes, variable bags, and setup in quests.
  • Added new Town Contracts: Ratcatcher, Rat Infestation, Fetch (various types), and Delivery.
  • Added sound effect (crumpled paper) when accepting quests.
  • Added Town Race variable, updated with each quest, and set to proto characters.
  • New Town Contracts, screen layout improvements, save/load for town contracts, and better quest filtering.
  • Enhanced Quests Engine with categories, subcategories, town info gathering, and filtering based on tier.
  • Introduced Town Contracts for Tier 2 and 3.
  • Quests will now auto-abort if the assigned town waypoint no longer exists. Others will be completed and persist.
  • Restricted contracts in towns with "Bad Reputation" a fine option to reset reputation will be presented on contracts.
  • Updated gold reward tiers for various quest types.
  • Added expiration notices for contracts on Town Screen, Party Screen, and Map Quest Tracker, refreshing daily.
  • Improved contracts display with varied heights for a dynamic look.
