[p][/p][p]We want to share an important update with you on how you can claim YOUR Evercore Heroes: Ascension keys if you purchased any of the closed beta Evercore Heroes (2022) founder editions.[/p][p]Read the following message thorough to learn more![/p][p][/p][h3]Evercore Heroes history[/h3][p]In October 2022 we announced Evercore Heroes - a unique and exciting 4v4v4v4 competitive PVE game. The project ended up not getting the traction it needed to survive during Closed Beta, and we had to make the hard call to sunset it in August 2023.[/p][p][/p][p]Evercore Heroes: Ascension is a different game set in the same universe as the original Evercore Heroes, but a different game experience entirely as a 1-3 player co-op hero roguelite. The game is fully playable and planned to enter early access the 24th of June 2025 with a full release planned in 2026. [/p][p][/p][p]We understand this is not the game you originally backed us for and we want to make sure to let you know that a refund remains available for you.[/p][p] [/p][p]If you are interested in checking out Ascension, we’d like to ask you to reach out to our partner, Xsolla, to request for your keys for Evercore Heroes: Ascension. Make sure you provide them with the email you purchased the game under.[/p][p][/p][p]We know this process might feel convoluted, and we're sorry that a more straightforward solution wasn't possible.[/p][p][/p][p]Here’s what you need to know about the keys you will receive:[/p]
  • [p]The keys you will receive will be for Steam (PC) only[/p]
  • [p]The standard edition will entitle you to 2 keys, the Legend edition will entitle you to 3 keys and the Hero edition will entitle you to 4 keys[/p]
  • [p]A key will grant access to Early Access and the full game on release[/p]
  • [p]Keys can be redeemed on any Steam account but are not intended for resale[/p]
[p][/p][h3]How to Request Your Keys[/h3][p]Here are the steps to request your keys:[/p]
  1. [p]Send Xsolla support a message - send an email to [email protected] with ‘Evercore Heroes’ in the subject. Let them know what email you bought the game under and whether you are requesting a key for Evercore Heroes: Ascension as a substitute for the previous game or that you’d prefer to get a refund.[/p]
  2. [p]Xsolla will double check your decision and that you are aware of the current situation of the new game and whether you’d like the substitute game keys for Evercore Heroes: Ascension or a refund.[/p]
  3. [p]Depending on your decision, you will receive your substitute keys[/p]

[p][/p][h2]Greetings Heroes![/h2][p][/p][p]With Evercore Heroes: Ascension entering Early Access in just a few days, we’re incredibly excited to give you a first look at what we have in store for Early Access with our very own Roadmap![/p][p][/p][p]Early Access marks the start of a journey and your feedback will be essential throughout development as we shape the future of the game together.[/p][p][/p][h2]So, what are we working on next?[/h2][p][/p][p]We’ve got many ideas and big plans! Once things have settled after launch, we’ll be working on fresh new content including an all-new hero in the form of Ace Everstar and one of the most requested features: duo queue![/p][p][/p][p]Our roadmap is packed, but not fully set in stone. Priorities may shift and new ideas may get added along the way based on your feedback. Demo Patch 3 Now Live | Getting ready for Steam Next Fest!

As we continue onto Early Access release, you can expect the same level of commitment![/p][p]The main focus of this patch continues to be tuning the balance of the game, with several changes to enemies throughout the experience, while also scaling down some of the crazy Critical Strike builds possible.[/p][p]Also, we've got a camera change that will hopefully improve play for everyone, but especially those using Ultrawide resolutions (we got you!).[/p][p]Thank you again![/p][p][/p][h2]🗝️Early Access game key giveaway[/h2][p]To celebrate Early Access and being part of Next Fest - we are giving away 20 Evercore Heroes: Ascension Early Access game keys! [/p][p][/p][h2]🎥IMPROVED CAMERA + ULTRAWIDE SUPPORT[/h2][p]We have made a change to the Camera in the game and the way it calculates Field of View. This should result in slightly improved visibility for all players and support Ultrawide resolutions properly.[/p][p][/p][h2]🦸HEROES[/h2][p]• New Soulbound Blooms: that increase your Hero's ultimate charge rate are in for all Heroes (for real this time...) [/p][p]• Shade: Critical Strike chance after a Blink increased from 5% to 8% to make it slightly more attractive to use. [/p][p](Note that this ability does also make her Untargetable, as a friendly reminder to those aspiring Shade players!)[/p][p][/p][h2]💎SHARDS[/h2][p]• Jagged Stoneskin: Has been woefully underpowered, and now grants 300%+ return of damage to enemies. [/p][p]• Penscythe's Mark: Damage modifier reduced to 1, 2, 3, 4 per stack, per level. [/p][p]• Sorcerer's Gloves: Now activates every 4 ability uses, with crit chance now at 10, 13, 16, 19%. [/p][p]• Base Critical Strike Shard: Now grants 5, 7, 9, or 11% crit chance. [/p][p](Note – these critical strike shards can still grant a large amount of power when on a maxed out crit build, it was just too easy to scale rapidly before.) [/p][p]• Parting Gift: Tooltip error corrected — it never could Critically Strike. This fix should make Lucky Death Boom more appealing for crit explosion fans. [/p][p]• Beefy: Temporarily removed while we fix a bug that could block Double Dash.[/p][p][/p][h2]👹ENEMIES[/h2][p]• Large Ice Wolf: Howl damage reduced significantly in Solo and Co-Op. Fracture magnitude and duration increased. [/p][p]• Small Golem Slasher: Spin damage reduced. [/p][p]• Large Golem Slasher: Damage slightly reduced overall, now immune to hit pause. [/p][p]• Golem Tank: AOE damage and fracture slightly reduced, now also immune to hit pause. [/p][p](NOTE: These hit pause changes fit thematically with larger enemies, and also make them slightly more dangerous for ranged Heroes.) [/p][p]• Golem Shooter: Slight damage reduction in co-op. [/p][p]• Artillery Golem: Bombs now persist after death, but deal slightly less damage. [/p][p]• Yeti: Movement speed increased slightly. [/p][p]• Thrashclaw: Damage reduced on several abilities. Fewer abilities should "one shot" squishy heroes with no upgrades or defences.[/p][p](NOTE: Though we continue to think that if you're playing a squishy, you should build around that 😉)[/p][p][/p][h2]🗺️MAPS & ENCOUNTERS[/h2][p]• Fixed bugs where some maps could spawn more enemies than needed for Conquest. [/p][p]• Hard difficulty Surge now spawns enemies at a slightly slower rate.[/p][p][/p][h2]🛠️GENERAL BUG FIXES [/h2][p]• Fixed several rare crashes and continue to squash bugs and stability issues.
