Players can download the client via Steam. If you’ve played previous seasons, simply update the client through Steam.
There are four regional servers (Asia, Europe, North America, and South America). Choose the one with the best connection speed for optimal performance.

The season begins on June 12 at 11:00 AM (UTC+8).
The end date will be announced via the official community channels.

Yes, as long as it complies with applicable laws, platform policies, and community standards.
However, unauthorized datamining, theft of assets, or defamatory actions are strictly prohibited, and legal action may be taken.

After reaching level 60 and equipping a Chaos Treasure, you can earn Soul Spears by completing Void Otherworld challenges.
[h3]5. What if an NPC or quest monster disappears and I can’t complete a quest?

Click your character avatar and leave the instance, then re-enter the map. This will refresh the NPCs and quest objectives.
(Note: Even solo gameplay uses instanced rooms.)

Pets have time-limited usage. Please check the Pet menu for expiration details.
[h3]7. How do I claim new and returning player rewards?

All accounts, including new ones, will automatically receive:
Season Pass
Stall Permit (Season)
Ascension Item (Total value: $135 USD)
These are delivered directly to your character’s inventory.
Note: The Season Pass is not usable in the Steam version.
The Ascension Item for new users is a Standard Ascension Item.
Returning players can click “Welfare” > “Veteran Rewards” in the menu to manually claim their bonuses.

⚠️ Only one Ascension Item (Standard or Premium) may be used per account. Once used, the other becomes unusable. Choose carefully.

The game uses a seasonal system. At the end of each season, all data is wiped.

Content eligible for inheritance can be found under “Welfare” > “Season Inheritance”.
