Asteroid PANIC shield-charge indicator

A lot of new changes and good updates and been implemented recently. This patch addresses just a few more:

• Minor bug fixes
  
• QoL features for menu system and music transitions
  
• Asteroid PANIC now has UI to show each player's shield-charge to it's easier to predict and use strategically.
