Another small patch:

- Cassowaries fix so they don't leave the area (preventing a bug that occurs if that happens)
- Small credits tweak
- Skip puzzle fix in last area

Hello again!

This is version 1.14 which includes some minor fixes that addresses very particular corner cases.

• Menu disabled when new game is being loaded, to prevent errors.
  
• Grid reset on Merriton to prevent objects mess up the animation.
  
• Other minor tweaks!
