We are beyond thrilled to unveil the official Early Access Launch Date for our highly anticipated Chinese Ink Style Action-Roguelite game, Realm of Ink! Get ready to mark your calendars for September 27th, when we'll be rolling out the red carpet to welcome you into an exclusive preview of the Eastern Fantasy world of Chinese Ink.

Realm of Ink is an Ink-style action Roguelite game. While pursuing the Fox Demon, the swordswoman Red, unexpectedly finds that her life is dictated by the 'destiny' within the world of the book. Only by breaking free can she unveil the truth of her existence and challenge the constraints of fate.

- Complete 4-act levels and 8 bosses, and the final boss - the Book's Spirit

- The playable character, Red the Swordswoman, with 9 distinct forms and weapons

- Full gameplay for 22 Ink Gem skills across 4 tiers

- Full gameplay for 15 Ink Pets across 4 tiers and over 40 forms


- Over 130 Perks to provide diverse building possibilities

- The first layer of world-building and approximately 50% of the storyline
Dive deep into the Chinese folklore world.
- 5 difficulty levels, with each run is approximately 30 - 40 minutes long

- 70% of the content and functions of the Fox Inn are open

- Ink Pet system, Ink Realm Anecdote

- Endless mode gameplay for challenge seekers

It’s been a while since our last update, and we know you’ve been eagerly awaiting news about the game’s progress. As we near the completion of our gameplay updates, we wanted to take a moment to share what’s been happening over the past few months.

Check out the latest devlog from Justin of the Realm of Ink team, where he introduces 8 new roles and weapons.

In the video, Justin explores significant gameplay changes, providing in-depth insights into the appearance and playstyle of each new role and weapon. This new content will be added into the Early Access version, which is scheduled to be launched during Q3, 2024.

We’re dedicating all our efforts to the final polish of the game, and we kindly ask for a little more patience. Rest assured, we’re preparing an epic experience for our long-waiting players with the EA launch.

How’s it going?

We are thrilled to announce that Realm of Ink is going to attend the video game fest called G-Fusion 2024 in Guangzhou, China! G-Fusion is a video game fest hosted by GCORES.

Realm of Ink will be exhibited at booth A17 on May 18(th) and 19. We can’t wait to see you there!

Hi Awakens!

Thank you all for your continuous support and anticipation for Realm of Ink! After careful consideration and thorough evaluation, we have made the decision to delay Early Access launch, and we are planning to launch the EA version of the game in Q3 this year, also the official v1.0 is scheduled to be released in Q2, 2025.

This was not an easy decision, and we understand that it may disappoint some players, especially those who were looking forward to the Early Access version. We sincerely apologize to you all and assure you that we will repay your patience with higher standards and more comprehensive content.

Initially, we had planned to release an Early Access version in May, allowing players to experience the gameplay in advance and collect feedback. However, in order to provide everyone with a more complete version and higher game quality, we have decided to expedite the development process and launch the EA version of the game in Q3, and official version in Q2, 2025. Here is our development roadmap for more insights:



During this additional development time, we will focus on further optimizing gameplay, adding new features, and refining all aspects of the game. We believe this will make the game a mature, exciting and complete experience, and hope to bring more surprises to the players.

We understand everyone's high anticipation for Realm of Ink, and promise that we will spare no effort to ensure an unparalleled official version. During this period, we will continue to stay in close contact with everyone, sharing development progress and new game information. We assure you that when Realm of Ink goes live, it will be a perfectly refined version, allowing you to slash n' hack in a fantasy world of Chinese Ink.
