Version 1.4.0 BETA 15

Hey folks!

This BETA fixes a couple of issues recently reported by the community.

BASE GAME CHANGES
- fixed a case when the staged weapon reload system would cause a crash

'INTRAVENOUS' (IV1 REMASTER) CAMPAIGN CHANGES
- fixed a crash that could occur in the Epilogue
