0.6.0.1 Hotfix

- Fixed a bug where the flamethrower didn’t fire.
- Fixed the needle indicator on the upgraded detector not working.
- Bandit groans when heavily wounded are now slightly quieter.
- The "Treasure Hunter" achievement now unlocks when you find an artifact in the Zone, rather than when you sell it to Zakharich.

[h2]What's New:[/h2][h3] Bar[/h3]
  • [p]You can now build the Bar in the Hideout — the first available room in the new Hideout Upgrade system.[/p]
  • [p]But it’s more than just a cozy, atmospheric space to relax after a raid. Constructing the Bar unlocks new features, including access to a new trader — Mityai the Bartender, who buys food and drinks at better prices than Zakharich.[/p]
[p][/p][p][/p][h3][/h3][p][/p][h3]New Food & Drinks[/h3]
  • [p]A large number of new consumable food and drink items have been added. Some older items that used to be simple loot can now also be opened and consumed.[/p]
  • [p]All food items now have unique properties: some restore energy better than others, some restore both energy and hydration, while others (especially sweets) may actually reduce hydration.[/p]
  • [p]A new drunkenness mechanic has been introduced. High intoxication grants temporary radiation resistance. It wears off gradually over time or faster if you eat something.[/p]
  • [p]You can now eat from pots and pans found at bandit camps — though whether you should is another question.[/p]

  • [p]A new side questline involving a military NPC has been added. Completing it will reward you with a Flamethrower. This questline becomes available once you reach Reputation Level 3. The soldier can be found in the Bar.[/p]
  • [p]Some doors in the Underground Facility can now be blocked by biomass. Behind these barricades, you’ll always find an orange military crate with valuable loot. These biomass growths can only be destroyed using the flamethrower or a Molotov cocktail.[/p]
  • [p]Standard biomass clusters can now also be burned. They may contain loot as well, though generally of lesser value.[/p]
  • [p]New bandit voice reactions have been added when they are burning or heavily wounded (not yet implemented for all bandits).[/p][p][/p]
[p][/p][h3]Tutorial Rework[/h3]
  • [p]Several tutorial stages have been reworked for clarity (e.g., crouching, long-distance item pull, using the UV flash against demons).[/p]
  • [p]New stages have been added — for example, lock-breaking tutorial.[/p]
  • [p]You can now preview some advanced gear right during the tutorial.[/p]
  • [p]The previous option to skip the entire tutorial has been replaced with an option to skip the current stage only.[/p]
[p][/p][h3]New Settings[/h3]
  • [p]Option to fully disable stick-based turning and crouching for players who prefer physical movement in real space.[/p]
  • [p]Gunstock Mode: disables secondary hand directional input for long guns (for users of physical gunstocks).[/p]
  • [p]Option to disable combat music.[/p]
  • [p]Option to hide all grip icons and interaction markers for improved immersion.[/p]
[p][/p][h3]Improved Hand Visuals[/h3]
  • [p]Enhanced visuals for hands, especially when the player avatar is hidden.[/p]
  • [p]Gloves have been added for the Hazmat and Sapper suits.[/p]
  • [p]Switching knife and flashlight grips is now smoother and more natural.[/p]

  • [p]A new stash has been added to the Underground Facility.[/p]
  • [p]A new competitive season has begun. Previous leaderboard results have been reset (previous cosmetic rewards are unaffected).[/p]

  • [p]Car radio will no longer turn itself back on if you had it disabled previously.[/p]
  • [p]Bosses are now listed on location info cards.[/p]
  • [p]Menu scroll speed has been increased.[/p]
  • [p]Throwing knives now stick into wooden surfaces.[/p]
  • [p]The achievement “Treat Time” now only triggers when feeding dog food to the dog.[/p]
  • [p]Traps detonation time has been shortened and now depends on the chosen difficulty.[/p]
  • [p]Legendary weapon attachments and ammo now appear on separate shelves in the shop.[/p]
  • [p]Reputation 3 is no longer required to buy crossbow bolts and quiver — you now only need to unlock the weapon itself.[/p]
  • [p]A new cutscene has been added to guide players toward the lower levels of the Hideout.[/p]
  • [p]Quest item counters in the PDA now update in real time.[/p]
  • [p]The radiation danger sound now fades in and out smoothly.[/p]
  • [p]You can no longer store an active grenade in your backpack.[/p]
  • [p]Enemy corpse despawn timers have been slightly increased on all graphics settings.[/p]
  • [p]The side quest to hunt wolves now requires 10 kills instead of 15.[/p]
  • [p]The artifact needed for a main quest is now easier to find on any location.[/p]
  • [p]Truffle’s inventory has been updated:[/p]
    • [p]Now includes tools needed for building the Bar.[/p]
    • [p]Removed items that overlapped with Zakharich’s stock.[/p]
    • [p]Left side: quest items (changes depending on your main quest status).[/p]
    • [p]Right side: rare items that can only be found in raids.[/p]
  • [p]Truffle now introduces himself earlier (not after the first raid like before) and immediately offers to sell the paintbrush.[/p][p][/p]

  • [p]Fixed a bug where the missing hunter required for a main mission wouldn’t spawn.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed a bug where bandits from the next quest wouldn’t count if you found the missing hunter and remained in the same raid.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed missing dispatcher voice lines on the “Garage Cooperative” location.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed incorrect stat display in the feed when purchasing the Compass or Detector.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed incorrectly displayed magazine prices in the feed.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed missing questions in the initial settings survey.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed weapon collision with the cigarette object.[/p]
  • [p]Fixed an issue where grip points only became active after aiming at an object for the first time, instead of when approaching it.[/p]

[p]Hey hunters! Summer has officially arrived — and that means Update 0.6 is just around the corner!
[/p][p]Update 06.26.25 – Patch 0.6 dropping next week and currently available on the beta branch! [/p][p]As I mentioned before, this update will, among other things, introduce a brand-new bar, a unique weapon questline, and a much wider variety of food and drinks you can consume.

0.5.1.3 Hotfix

- Locations now load significantly faster.
- Reduced resource usage during loading, which previously could cause crashes for some users.
- Fixed flickering of the wrist watch in the Forest.
- Kim can now also spawn on the opposite side of the Forest.
- Some other minor changes and fixes.

0.5.1.2 Hotfix

- When the quest to kill the Alpha Demon is active, its spawn chance now increases and reaches 100% after two completed raids
- The shooting range now restores crossbow bolts used during training
- The dog can no longer engage in combat if it has been commanded to stay/sit
- The "Stuck" function can no longer be used while driving a vehicle
- Fixed a bug where the left-handed crossbow quiver wouldn’t save properly
- Fixed a bug where bolts could disappear from the quiver upon raid load (hopefully — I tested it seven times and it seemed fine each time)
- Fixed a bug where the hand could get stuck in a “rock” gesture and become unable to grab items after picking up the teddy bear or tennis ball
