Just two fixes for Patch 1.0.244:

- Controllers now have to be "activated" by pressing either the action, back, or d-pad buttons. This is to avoid controller drift that players were experiencing from phantom devices picked up by GameMaker
- Full screen has been reworked to a sort of "fake" full screen, to avoid the game minimizing for some players when clicking away from the game.
