-Minotaur boss level layout further simplified(may change more in coming days).
-Lava timer increased in Ossuary 7 from 55 to 100 seconds (likely to change back down in later patches).

Follow up to Hotfix 1.01:
-"Run" background tile added in Caves 11.
-Minotaur boss level layout simplified (may change more in coming days).
-Poison mushrooms made more scarce in Jungle 1.

Just some day 1 ammendments:

• Menu music volume tuned down.
  
• Wood sign visual improvements.
  
• B now drops player from hanging properly (and wood sign to indicate).
  
• Lava timers now more forgiving on some early levels.
  
• Caves 11 layout change.
