YoloX 1.2.1

Added a few new features to address issues that came up. Most importantly "The Finals" complaining about YoloX. So a new "Compliance Mode" has been added to make anticheat games like this one happy. This feature is off by default for now, but will likely become the default operation next update.

Also an FPS limiter and VSync option. By default YoloX will now cap itself to 40ps to improve FPS impacts some may have noticed. These FPS impacts, caused by more complex crosshairs, are still considered a bug and will be fixed in a future update.

Otherwise dash action support and a few minor fixes.
UPDATES
• NEW: Compliance Mode: Allows YoloX to work with pickier anticheat games like "The Finals".
 • NEW: Actions: Added sprint/dash action.
 • NEW: Performance: Added VSYNC and limit FPS settings. Default is VSYNC off with 40FPS cap.
 • FIX: Menu: Stopped showing app help popup while main menu minimized.
 • FIX: Editor: Color conversion problems in color picker.
 • FIX: Editor: Radius not saving for non-pattern arc shape.
UPCOMING
Several folks asked for more complex create features like animation transitions. I'll look into this but it can only be so useful with sliders and buttons. So my thinking is to introduce scripting support to offer full freedom over crosshair design and behavior :)
 • Performance: Improve performance for more complex crosshairs.
 • Create: Allow animations to blend between actions.
 • Create: Scripting support
 • Create: Easier animations using tweens.
 • Create: Import animated GIFs (and whatever other format is animated + transparent).

YoloX 1.2.0

A large update for the create tab. This introduces an easy mode using a pixel editor with some basic shape generation. This should let folks make basic crosshairs quickly. Alternatively complete mode has several improvements, including improved widgets, and no longer requiring separate layers just to add borders to shapes.

Also added action support for crouch and movement keys (WASD). These have been applied to several crosshairs.

Otherwise lots of polishings and fixings :)
UPDATES
• NEW: Create: Now has Easy and Complete mode. Complete is the usual editor. Easy is a simple pixel editor for quickly creating basic crosshairs.
 • NEW: Create: Also added pixel editor to image shape in Complete mode.
 • NEW: Create: Added actions for crouch and direction (strafe, forward, back).
 • NEW: Create: Show feature tags in layer buttons.
 • BUFF: UI: Improved number slider
 • BUFF: UI: Improved color picker
 • BUFF: Test View: Show label for active crosshair action
 • BUFF: Create: Creating borders no longer requires a separate layer
 • BUFF: Collection: Improve preview performance
 • BUFF: Input: Support CONTROL, SHIFT, and ALT as single button hotkeys.
 • BUFF: UX: While main menu is open, now shows intro popup over games/app windows not yet assigned a crosshair. Intended to reduce any confusion for new users.
 • BUFF: Crosshairs: Updated several crosshairs to use new direction and crouch actions.
 • FIX: UX: Fullscreen games won't be interrupted by license nag (regular version).
 • FIX: UI: Workshop crosshairs will not sometimes disappear when disabling "sync with steam".
 • FIX: UI: Several minor problems

YoloX 1.1.2

This update mainly focuses on feedback from the community. The biggest one is a fix for lag caused by high poll rate mice.

Then several UX improvements: Alerts provide information and a solution if YoloX isnt running optimally. Auto selection makes cursor assignment faster and more intuitive.

Thanks much for this feedback! The goal is to make YoloX the best crosshair app by far. If there's anything you'd like improved, added, or fixed, please don't hesitate to comment :)
UPDATES
• NEW: Alerts: Main menu now shows messages when YoloX isnt running optimally which can be opened to see and fix the problem.
 • NEW: Auto Selection: Crosshairs last selected/edited from the main menu will be automatically assigned to the next opened game.
 • NEW: Menu: Added minimize button.
 • PERF: Reduced idle background CPU use from roughly 0.2% to 0.01%.
 • UPDATE: Manually launching the app will now open the main menu.
 • FIX: Performance issue caused by high poll rate mice.
 • FIX: Redraw UI upon certain windows events to avoid a black screen.
UPCOMING
Development will focus on crosshair creation. There's quite a bit of feedback in this area. Some ask for more complexity, some ask for simplicity. To accommodate both the following is planned:
 • Create: Easy mode option
 • Create: Pixel editor
 • Create: More advanced motion sensor options
 • Create: Support for player movement (WASD)
 • Create: Smooth animation transitions

 • UPDATE: Create: Animation/Audio/Motion tabs now show a check icon if they are enabled.

Audio sensors is that awesome feature I mentioned, at least I hope you guys think it is ;) It isolates stereo sounds from the environment, intended to pickup activity of other players like footsteps. It then presents it in some visual form, depending on how the crosshair was created. This is great for allowing you to listen to your own music, while still identifying key battlefield feedback. It may also help those with hearing disabilities. For best results, disable ingame music, and prefer more stealthy games like PUBG.

A similar feature, motion sensor, allows crosshairs to respond to motion feedback like mouse movement. The jump action is now also supported.. While less practical, they add a bit of immersion :)

Many included crosshairs have been updated to support these features. The crosshair editor (create tab) supports these as well, so please give that a try.

A "Safe Mode" option has also been added to (hopefully) solve black screen issues some folks have been reporting. I say "hopefully" because it's not something I can reproduce, but I'm confident it should at least partially solve such issues.
UPDATES
• NEW: Audio Sensor: Allows crosshair reactions to game sounds. Operates on top of existing properties or animations.
 • NEW: Motion Sensor: Allows crosshair reactions to motion such as mouse input. Operates on top of existing properties or animations.
 • NEW: Action: Jump: Crosshairs can now respond to jumping.
 • NEW: Crosshairs: Added above features to several included crosshairs.
 • NEW: Safe Mode: Provides a hardware compatibility mode for anyone experiencing visual issues like black screens. Available from taskbar menu.
 • FIX: Increased lag by hotkey cycling crosshairs too fast.
 • MINOR: Hotkey Input: Clarified mouse buttons are also supported, not just keyboard keys.
UPCOMING
• UPDATE: improve audio sensor by isolating frequencies to reduce feedback from environment noise.
 • NEW: new blending and effects
