A small tutorial fix "Bito"

1. Made it a narrow corridor, hard to deviate from the main objectives
   
2. Fixed the bug on dying to the tutorial battle frame
   
3. Fixed some colission errors in Beluga Lake

In future updates I will make it so dying to the tutorial enemy lands you in a fight with Gyubeeh and Kidovah for fun. Kirov releases this week, look forward to it it's funny stuff.
