Hotfix 1.04 - That time I didn't slow down...

Wanted to take it slower, but didn't want these achievement issues to affect too many people since they can't be reset without creating a whole slew of new headaches.

• 7 Minutes in Heaven will now only trigger when actually in battle. A bug was causing it to check the round timer before a game mode was selected.
  
• Deuce Ex Machina can no longer be achieved by using your theurgic 3 times in the main hub area
  
• The Portal Dancer and High Five achievements should no longer be able to trigger while in the Burden menu
  
• The Trophy Hunter achievement should now correctly activate when you open the Arcanacon Feats section after unlocking every other achievement.
