Ad Fundum News

Ad Fundum is finally released!
The time has come, my friends!
After years of hard work, passion and unhealthy perfectionism, Ad Fundum has finally been released! And the release is not the end of Ad Fundum's journey - it's a new chapter in its story!
So what's next?

1. Steam Input support
My primary goals for the first week are to add Steam Input support so that Steam Deck owners can play the game to its full potential, and of course, to fix any bugs and address any issues that will inevitably arise during the first week after the release)
2. QoL improvements
Once Steam Input is added and bug fixing is done, I'll focus on some quality-of-life improvements that I couldn't implement before the release, such as buying 5 items at once in the shop, adding better structure to the Special Upgrades UI and so on.
3. New Game+
After QoL, I will focus on the New Game+, which will not just be an option to restart the game with current upgrades. I am planning to introduce some overpowered special upgrades that could drastically change the standard gameplay. It may take several weeks for New Game+ to be available in Ad Fundum, but it will be well worth the wait!
4. Game's soundtrack
Additionally, great news for those who enjoyed the music in Ad Fundum: the soundtrack will be released in 1-2 weeks!
Feel free to share your thoughts and ideas!
And most importantly, I'm always open to suggestions. If you have any thoughts on how to make Ad Fundum better, please let me know! I will listen to everyone and do my best to provide the best possible gaming experience for you, the players!

P.S. The easiest and fastest way to reach me is to join my Discord server, it usually takes a couple of hours or even minutes for me to notice and respond to your question there.

Ad Fundum is releasing tomorrow!

Ad Fundum is just 24 hours away!

Mark your calendars, set your alarms, and get ready to dig into an unforgettable gaming experience. Stay tuned for the release!

See you underground!

Release date announcement - June 13!

Hello everyone!

I am excited to finally announce the release date for Ad Fundum on Steam - it will be available on June 13th at 4 PM PDT! The wait is almost over, and there are only two weeks left until you can dig into the game!

Get ready to uncover all the secrets that lie hidden beneath the surface!

P.S. I will be releasing a small update to the demo tomorrow, fixing issues with the Chinese and Japanese localization. Hopefully, this will be the final update to the demo before the official release!

Hotfix 1.2.2a

Bug fixes:
 • Fixed a bug where the earthquake music would continue to play after loading the last save during an earthquake (thanks to the user Maximus for noticing);
 • Fixed a bug that caused the minimap to be activated when pressing the relevant button at the start of the game. The minimap was supposed to be available only after the player had upgraded the scanning tower at least once (thanks to the user Maximus for noticing).

Other changes:
 • Made the marks on the altimeter scale thicker to reduce their twitchiness on high resolution screens;
 • Decreased the chances of stones spawning during an earthquake in neighboring positions at the same time.
