New Minimap implementation and more.

Right now this is the English only build, tonight or tomorrow the rest of the versions will get updated.
>Ability to skip the tutorial to choose Starting gift and class right away
>Brand new Minimap that shows more of what is going on and is less buggy. Pressing M will make the Minimap bigger/smaller. Compared to the original Minimap, you will be able to see 2-3x more around the player.
>New Icons and more events has icons for moving between areas, Icons already there made more visible
>Changed some stuff that could cause a freeze

Small changes, bug fixes, Portuguese language support added

>Portuguese support added
>Fixed some stuff with the localizations with some new additions (see previous update)
>Disabled Retry Battle due to fatal errors with it which were caused by previous updates, for now at least.
>Added some dialogue which asks if the player is playing on Keyboard and Mouse or a controller to change what is presented in the controls tutorial sections.

Bug fixes and some changes

For now this is the English version only. Tomorrow it will be applied to other versions along with any other changes made before then.
>Changed the starting gift and nation select to not have images for selection but to have descriptions to what they do.
>Added some text showing the minimap can be expanded and returned to normal with the Page Up button, it doesn't show more, but makes it bigger.
>Changed some spelling mistakes
>Fixed a bug with the encounter rate in the starting dungeon being a lot higher than any other point in the game.
>Added a compass to the minimap. Changed the positioning of the player to be more on point than above the location which can make it look a little weird.

Small additions + minor waypoints

Here are all the new additions
>Added an "Quit game" button for the menu and main menu
>Added distinct markers for Medics and Basic Shops on the minimap. These allow certain things very important to be shown on the map with a unique icon for them and for easier exploration.

Bug fixes and small changes

Some bug fixes and changes were made
>Added 1k gold to the player at the start to experiment with buying armor and items in the tutorial area
>Changed the diagonal movement with a more simplified one to prevent/limit a battle starting while moving diagonally
>Changed a rarer encounter to only happen in certain floors
