That’s right! The Halloween decorations are back once again! An ideal opportunity for our new players Animal Shelter 1 to claim the thematic costumes and decorations. 👻


[h3]We will remind you what will appear for a week period (October 31 - November 7) in our game and what rules will accompany it: [/h3]


🎃 New, thematic clothes for your pupils
🎃 Changed sky and atmosphere
🎃 Gargoyles by the main entrance to the shelter and the stable from the Horse DLC
🎃 New Halloween decorations to buy
🎃 Wall decorations for some of the buildings, namely:
Building for cats and dogs levels 1-3 from the Vet DLC
Building for horses levels 1-3 from the Vet DLC
🎃 Decorations for the stable from the Horse DLC and more!

All the placeable thematic decorations which will be placed on the map are marked and will not disappear after this time-limited event! 👍

[h3]We are thrilled to announce our exciting initiative to support the WWF Poland during Animal Week on Steam, happening from October 3 to October 10, 2024. ❤️[/h3]



With great pleasure we would like to support real animals around the world that's why we decided to donate a portion of our proceeds from our popular animal-themed games, with the donation amount directly tied to the peak number of players during this special week. 🤩

[h3]Let's explain how it works 🧐[/h3]
During Animal Week, we invite you to dive into our engaging titles: Animal Shelter, Pets Hotel, Pet Shop Simulator, My Horse: Bonded Spirits, and Zoo Simulator.

[h3]We will be summing the peak number of players across these games (from October 3 to October 10, 2024), and for the highest player peak recorded at this time for each, we will donate $1 to WWF Poland 👇[/h3]

[h3]Animal treatments ➕[/h3]

Treatments in Animal Shelter 2 are most definitely more developed processes than in part 1. In the basic game there will be some diagnostic challenges to find out what illness makes your animals feel bad. 🔬 Because of the day&night cycle, this process will be a bit more stretched and detailed. Chronic diseases will also make their appearance in the game!



[h3]Sending animals away from the shelter 🚚[/h3]

If there’s a situation where more advanced equipment is necessary to diagnose your animal, it can be sent to a more specialized laboratory for a more detailed diagnostic procedure. 😷 There are also other situations where you may want to sent your animals to other places but we’ll reveal them in the future devlog! 😉



[h3]Taking care of animals’ needs 🐶 🐱[/h3]

Those of you who already played the Prologue version know very well that the rescued animals will come to your shelter in different mental and physical conditions. 📝 Animal Shelter 2 full version take it few steps further and now based on the data and other conditions the game will inform you how much work will be required so that the animal becomes ready to be adopted. Sometimes you’ll have to meet additional requirements but more about that will be said in a separate devlog. 👍
