Unwell Demo Receives Its 30th Update on Steam!

[h2]Breakdown of the Key Changes in the Updated Version:[/h2]

CONTENT



  • Getting low psyche is not recommended by any means, but it gets even better - the protagonist will react to the psyche level, and if you get it low enough, it may be hard to move. Be advised.
  • You can change the resolution of the game and switch video mode (windowed/fullscreen).
  • The accessible part of Level 3 got some nice details. Opinions are divided... for some reason.
  • FOV got a nice upgrade. It should be smoother, and you will see further.


TWEAKS/FIXES
  • Throwing/tossing stones got a little rework.
  • Protagonist commentary inside the inventory got a rework, so the descriptions should not overlap anymore.
  • The crowbar in Level 1 is easier to find.
  • Decals got a nice upgrade.
  • Some typos were removed.

More access to Level 3.
More sound reworks ;)
Another not-so-friendly well dweller is coming.
The already known big well dweller is getting ready to be more interactable in ways you wished it wasn't.

Unwell 29th update!





Unwell Demo received its 29th update on Steam!

CONTENT
  • After implementing FMOD (and after a friendly reminder... ;) ) we implemented sound settings. Should be more convinient to play and stream the game.
  • The interlude between levels got additional content ugrade.
  • new cursors! All of the cursors were changed, and few were added.


TWEAKS/FIXES
  • InGame menu got a rework.
  • black font got a rework.
  • protagonist exhaustion got a minor bug fix.
  • Terrain in level1 got a little rework.
  • full screen interactions got a little rework
  • while fighting there was a major bug that prevented player from being able to fight back. It's gone now.
  • Plenty of optimizations and bug fixes.

More level3 access.
More sound reworks ;)

Unwell Demo received its 28th update on Steam!

Breakdown of the key changes in the updated version:

CONTENT
  • FMOD IMPLEMENTED! The feel of the game has drastically changed. Of course, some areas may need a bit more love, but now their changes will be easy peasy and will better reflect the insane depths of the well.
  • The interlude between levels got a nice content upgrade with additional logic. In the end, the choices you make will reflect on the ending!


TWEAKS/FIXES
  • Equip animations got a nice rework.
  • Plenty of optimizations and bug fixes.

Unwell 27th update! - Level3 sneak peek!



Unwell Demo received its 27th update on Steam!

Breakdown of the key changes in the updated version:

CONTENT
  • Level 3 is finally being introduced with a sneak peek!
  • There is an interesting interactive sequence at the end of Level 2.
TWEAKS/FIXES

  • The font has been reworked and should be easier to read.
  • One of the altars in Level 2 is no longer obscured by the well wall.
  • Interaction logic has been improved.
  • Ending the demo should not produce errors.



What's next?

FMOD implementation in the first week of July!

Unwell Demo received its 26th update on Steam!

Breakdown of the key changes in the updated version:

TWEAKS/FIXES
  • Sneaking on stairs should not be problematic.
  • Taking a swing is now relevant to the weapon you hold.
  • resolved issue with falling animation looping when landing.
  • Resolved issue with some items not disappearing on pickup.
  • Movement issue while cursor is near is gone.

  • FMOD implementation in the first week of July!
