We’ve been hard at work polishing Wizdom Academy, and here’s a fresh hotfix packed with improvements:

• Localization issues resolved—your selected language now displays correctly in-game.
  
• Optimized the Codex and removed the double alert bug in the bottom-left corner.
  
• A brand-new world map!
  
• Character limit added for school and character names.
  
• New buttons to collapse student and teacher management menus.
  
• And many more small refinements to enhance your experience!

Greetings, headmasters!

We've rolled out a small hotfix to address various issues and improve your magical academy experience.

Here’s what’s changed:

• The Headmaster's name now updates properly.
  
• The diploma no longer flickers in the student inspection window.
  
• Players can once again cancel their Headmaster selection.
  
• Various minor UI fixes.
  
• All students now display their Rank II portraits instead of Rank I for the demo.
  
• The main menu background has been replaced with an animated version of our new key art.
  
• Fixed several text errors, such as "ressources" being corrected to "resources" in English.
  
• The village exploration window no longer displays false traits.
  
• The Manawindmill no longer shows an unnecessary activation management button.
  
• The school's prestige score now updates correctly in the resource bar.
  
• History of Magic classes now grant LP every 2 lessons instead of every 3.

The world of Wizdom Academy keeps expanding! This update brings exciting new features, improvements, and fixes to enhance your magical journey. From a brand-new onboarding experience to a multi-level map and revamped character models, there’s plenty to explore.

Plus, we are thrilled to announce that Wizdom Academy will be participating in the upcoming Steam Next Fest, taking place from February 24 to March 3! Don't miss your chance to try out the latest demo and engage with the community.

• New multi-level map: To celebrate Wizdom Academy entering the Steam Next Fest, we've introduced a brand-new map with multiple levels.
  

• New onboarding experience: The demo is now much more accessible, making it the perfect opportunity to introduce the game to your friends!
  
• Headmaster & school customization: Choose your Headmaster, customize student uniforms, and select your school's location for greater immersion in the vast world of Wizdom Academy.
  

• New character models: The look of our characters has been revamped with new 3D models, ensuring they match their portrait appearances.
  
• Codex system: A new in-game Codex has been added to help you better understand the mechanics of the game.
  
• World map preview: Discover villages to explore, hordes to stop, and dungeons to delve into. While not everything is available in the demo, you can still get a glimpse of what’s to come!
  
• Teachers' reports: Teachers now provide insights into what they are currently doing—valuable information for an aspiring Headmaster!
  
• New satisfaction vs. trust mechanic: Maintain a delicate balance between your residents' needs and the councilors' expectations—or face dire consequences! (This system is still under development.)
  

• UI & animation improvements: Numerous enhancements to the user interface and new animations added for a smoother experience.
  

• Bug fixes: Various issues resolved to improve overall stability and performance.

• The welcome window in the main menu has been resized to better accommodate a wide variety of screen ratios.
  
• Windows and submenus in the main menu can now be closed using the Esc key for added convenience.
  
• New interface elements have been integrated into the game and are currently being translated.
  
• Brand-new dormitories for both professors and students have been added to enhance your building experience!
