Real Bounty Hunter Update

+ you can pickup dead wanted mobs now;
+ you'll have to bring a wanted man back to the town to get the money, wether the man is dead or alive;
+ some random npcs in the world will have some loot and money for trading;
+ roads are back!

We're also working on a new gun and a new enemy type. Not in the game yet, see you next week!
