[p]In Wardrum, you command a warband of skilled warriors in their quest to destroy the dark sorcery infecting the lands. 
[/p][p]In this video, we’re going to deep dive into a few abilities of the Warrior. [/p][p][/p][previewyoutube][/previewyoutube][p][/p][p]Baruk Bladestorm is your typical no-nonsense warrior, a highly trained swordsman who relishes in cutting his foes to ribbons and key damage-dealing member of your Warband.
[/p][p]One of their early unlockable abilities is Challenge, where the warrior selects an enemy to challenge, inflicting a mark on them, making them more vulnerable to damage. The Warrior will also enter a counter stance, which will allow them to attack any unit that comes into range during the enemy turn[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Another ability the warrior can use is Visualize. Visualize lets you select another of the Warriors' abilities to buff in a following turn. Doing this can provide up to a 30% damage increase, as well as simplifying its rhythm phase to only use one button input.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]If you want the Warrior to really hurt your enemies, you’ll want to unlock and use the Precise Cuts ability, which deals damage and, depending on your button inputs, can apply either Bleed or Slowed debuffs to your foe to really cause them pain.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]The Warrior can also use the Lunge & Riposte ability, where they lunge forward 1 to 2 tiles and take a melee overwatch stance, ready to attack on the enemy's next turn. If, during the lunge, they are within range of an enemy unit, they will deal great damage to it. If an enemy unit enters the Warriors' Overwatch range on the next turn, it will trigger the Overwatch, where you can use the Warrior to attack again.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]When fighting tougher opponents, be sure to use the Bladestorm ability with your Warrior. Bladestorm can be used against a single target, which hits 4 times, with a high critical chance, and is extremely effective at removing enemies from the battlefield.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]That was just a quick overview of some of the abilities the Warrior can unlock. [/p][p]In this video, we’re going to deep dive into a few abilities of the Wardrummer. [/p][p][/p][previewyoutube][/previewyoutube][p][/p][p]Yelder Strongwrist is key to your warband, as the one who keeps everyone in beat and acts as a support and healer[/p][p][/p][p]The first ability they unlock is Rhythm of Power, which, when cast, gives all ally units in range a damage buff for two turns, as well as switching the wardrum's aura to increase damage while in the vicinity of it [/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]The Wardrummer can also be used offensively, with their basic but reliable A One-Two ability. This melee attack doesn’t deal much damage, but it can be used at the right moment to get your warband out of a tight situation[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]The Wardrummer is a support character, and they can unlock the Heartbeat ability and heal a single target twice, bringing them back to fighting fit form. After casting Heartbeat, the wardrum's aura switches to regen, giving units in range a small amount of health regen at the end of each turn[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Loud Banging is a powerful area of effect magic attack, where you have to repeatedly mash the input key[/p][p]to make the ability more damaging, and it can also apply marked to enemies, making them even more vulnerable.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Rhythm of Weakness is an ability which you can cast on your foes, and when successful, it will increase the amount of damage they take from your warband's attacks for two turns. Like the other abilities, it also changes the wardrum's aura to weakness, affecting any enemies in range.[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]Take it from the top, when used correctly is a very powerful ability in the Wardrummer's arsenal. When cast on an ally, this ability will reset their turn, allowing them to use their abilities again in the same turn cycle. [/p][p]However, as it comes with a cost, it will damage the allies' HP based on how well you perform the rhythm stage. But if successful, this can turn the tide of battle in your favour[/p][p][/p][p][/p][p][/p][p]That was just a quick overview of some of the abilities the Wardrummer can unlock.
