Exchange 1000 Golden Dragon Points for 1x "Letter C" in the Adventure Encyclopedia (Event Section)
Go to the Divine Trial Store in Navea and exchange 1x Holy Spirit Crystal for 1x "Letter A"
It's available in the Loyalty Shop.
Exchange 10 gold for 1x "Letter D" from Santa Ayako
Get it every 2 hours from Santa Ayako

You have to collect all letters to receive your reward.
- Surprise Box (huge quantity of consumables, costumes and more)
- Increase your XP, all stats, MSPD, DMG to all elemental targets and profession XP by 10% each*
*Does not stack with the big CANDY buff
*If you use the item again it will reset the timer
*Santa Ayako's candy buffs will overwrite all other buffs

You have to collect one of the letters C, A, N, D, or Y to receive your reward.
- Receive +5% XP*
- Receive +5% All Stats*
- Receive +5% Move SPD*
- Receive +5% DMG to elemental targets*

*Does not stack with the big C + A + N + D + Y buffs.
