In a distant, otherworldly land, the protagonist Tavaro, piloting his aircraft, suddenly encounters a storm and crashes. The falling aircraft collides with the Crystal Palace at the top of the Sky Tower.

The Sky Tower, located at the center of the continent, is filled with monsters and traps, and the Crystal Palace is the central hub of the Sky Tower. Flovia, the lord of the Crystal Palace, is playing with the frost orb that controls the entire palace when the crash occurs. Due to the collision caused by Tavaro, Flovia accidentally drops the orb to the bottom of the tower, causing the monsters to lose control and rampage.

To help Flovia retrieve the lost orb, Tavaro uses his expertise to guide her in descending techniques, and the two set off together towards the lower levels. Facing trap-filled floors and malevolent monster lords, an adventure full of unknowns and challenges begins...
