[/p][p]Friends! We are releasing the first patch for the 14: Overmind demo.
[/p][p]For several months, we have been collecting feedback from players, as well as analyzing the gameplay experience of YouTube bloggers.
Thanks to every one of you who made reviews or streamed 14: Overmind. Because of you, we are able to make the project better.

[/p][p]Let’s go through the list of changes in detail.
[/p][p]CRAFTING AND INVENTORY[/p][p]Most feedback pointed out that the game had excessively long timers for waiting and recharging items. This issue has been fixed. The timers for crafting components and items have been removed.[/p][p]The mechanics of the recycler have been reworked, fast crafting and item creation options have been added, and the ability to recycle components into ores was introduced.[/p][p]Added the ability to drop items from the inventory.
[/p][p]GAMEPLAY IN OPEN SPACE[/p][p]The analysis of debris has been significantly sped up.[/p][p]New types of routes for magnetic fields have been added.[/p][p]A navigation trail from the character has been added for easier reading of reverse routes.[/p][p]The animation of the character mounting the Zero Cycle has been sped up.[/p][p]The impact effect of the Zero Cycle colliding with objects in space has been enhanced.[/p][p]Timers for anomaly activation and deactivation have been added.[/p][p]The character’s starting health has been reduced.
[/p][p]GRAPHICS AND SOUND[/p][p]We have expanded the game’s sound design library. Now the game features a much wider variety of sounds that immerse you in the atmosphere of cold space.[/p][p]Some sound effects have been adjusted for volume.[/p][p]Visual effects have been added.[/p][p]Environmental models in the starting location have been improved.
[/p][p]SPECIAL FEATURES[/p][p]Many players complained about the inability to remap keys. Special attention was drawn to the mouse wheel click, which caused an “acceleration” effect. We have fixed this issue. Now keys can be remapped at will.[/p][p]Added the ability to open the demo’s Steam page directly from the game by pressing the F6 key or clicking the icon in the menu.[/p][p]Subscribe to our social networks to learn more about the development of 14: Overmind.
