[h2]General[/h2]
- Adjusted Difficulty scaling
- Reverted runeword change
- Nerfed grass based item drops
- Left D-pad now shows loots on ground like ALT does without gamepad (remember to turn "Show loot names" off if you dont want to see them all the time)
- Halved Grim Reaper "Death Coil" cast time
- Damaging reaper skull circle skulls are now white, non damaging are blue
- Increased damage scaling on items below satanics
- Increased Gem Drops
- Drops no longer chase wrong players
- Treasure Goblins are now elites on normal, ancient on nightmare/hell and champions in inferno
- Nerfed Relic damage quite a bit
- Unstable Rift Mlevel scale now difficulty based
- Damien's Following head is now bigger and has a glow below it
- Act bosses should now be normal rarity on Normal
- Buffed resistance + reduction stats on items below satanics
- Base movement speed is now 10 + (level / 2)
- Increased MS scaling on items below satanics
- Rule of Order from Soveiregnty now increases your flat magic damage
- Higher than tier 1 hero level abilities are capped at 50 points and no longer have level requirement

[h2]General[/h2]
- Lowered Difficulty transition gap in Mlevel a bit
- Reverted Runeword change, only quickstep and scholar can be done pre ilevel100, rest now require a 100+ ilevel base
- Improved the system where stats are determined for norm-myth items (correct element for each class)
- Buffed norm-myth items resistance stats
- Reduced Electrified damage by 50%
- Removed Shift for +5 talents for now due to the system needing a larger re-work to enable this now
- Hero Level requirement lowered by 50%
- Improved code on drops to loop less, eating performance (gold, keys etc)

- Poison Nova and Cursed Ground loading each others values fixed

Beta 129

- Set effect now only shows the set name + effect in green color when active (inventory)
- Treasure Goblins are now always Ancient rarity

- Fixed enemy projectiles and abilities piercing through all dodge/block stacks
