Greetings to everyone!

The past few months have been pretty much non-stop working around the clock and the lack of sleep can be truly felt. But oh boy do we have an improved game on our hands! Our beta testers have been absolutely amazing at providing feedback and together we have cooked one craaaaazy season for you good people! The patch notes just surpassed 800 lines and are massive!

Hero Siege Celebrates 10 Years!

A decade ago Jussi and I got the opportunity of releasing Hero Siege on Steam and starting our company Panic Art Studios. Reflecting on the journey, it's almost surreal how our passion project transformed into a thriving reality. Back in the days of our studies at TAMK University of Applied Science we dabbled in game development during our free hours, but it was a spontaneous decision to do a 48-hour game jam that set the wheels in motion.

Pooling in votes for Style & Genre from our audience, the winning combination turned out to be "Arena/Hack n slash" + "Medieval/Fantasy". What started as a game jam project after the event evolved into Hero Siege. The journey from then till now has been an insane commitment, with nonstop efforts to bring the game to its current state. We stand here today proud of what we've built, and equally grateful for the passionate individuals who now form our team.

Hero Siege is not just a game it's a manifestation of our passion and dedication, a project for creative minds to thrive and a source of excitement for our players. To everyone who has played, supported our journey, and provided invaluable feedback - Thank you! Your passion has fueled our drive to continuously improve and innovate.

As we celebrate this milestone, we still have so much work to do and ideas to release thus this is only the beginning! Here's to another decade of Hero Siege and beyond!

Patch Notes for Update 6.1.4

- Fixed angelic chest augment incorrectly rolling existing augments
- Fixed wrong player rank shown ingame
- Fixed Valhalla Access Denied quest being available on higher difficulties
- Fixed Odin voice acting not respecting voice acting volume
- Improved Chaos Tower networking
- Fixed Vitality tooltip
- Fixed "Obtain Satanic Item" pop-up on first satanic of session
- Fixed Toxic Remains augment working wonky and corrected the tooltip
- Fixed Rich nodes dropping items they shouldn't drop, like the framings
- Moved Rat Den 2 challenge chest upwards
- Fixed some issues with Heroic Rune dropsound
- Fixed flying scimitar sound (with augment destroys ears)
- Fixed Attack Rating per level not working from items
- Fixed Defunct Surgeon being able to kill the player (blaming Nimo :D)
- Fixed an inventory crash
- Fixed Player Health bar rank being incorrect
- Fixed a bug in Valhalla quests

Valhalla questline is part of Main questline, and only doable on Normal now. If you are/were stuck, do the following:

1. Delete all Valhalla quests
2. Go to Normal and try to proceed from the point you got stuck on, the most usual spot being "Access Denied" quest. For this, go to Zone 2 "Flooded Plains", find the portal to "Gates of Valhalla" and enter the room and walk the chains. You should receive the quest correctly when leaving the room by falling to Zone 3.

Patch Notes for Update 6.1.2

- St. Rexi's Sundering Axe: Replaced Flat Phys damage with flat Attack Rating (750-1250)
- Added more assets to 6-2 (Cathedral)
- Removed destructibles from the minimap to reduce clutter
- Added some candles to Satan's Throne room
- Added Fighter Magi's Grips [Heroic Gloves]
- Added Light Bringer’s Mark [Satanic Amulet SS Tier]
- Increased D, C, B, A and S tier drops
- Increased Ancient enemy satanic+ drop chances by 4%
- We messed up the mining levels and decided to now set it to 1000 if its below 1000, otherwise it will stay as is. Very sorry for this one.

Amazon
- Fixed Thunder Fury base skin art
- Thunder Fury now also shoots a projectile on the main target

Shaman
- Changed Earth Bind damage type from Poison to Arcane

- Fixed a bug with persisting Satanic Zone buffs
- Fixed Difficulty complete to Act 7 instead of Act 6, so if your difficulty is unlocked its because you havent killed mevius and need to do it.
- Fixed a socketing crash
- Fixed not being able to socket anything after putting angelic gem
- Fixed a Boss spawn bug
- Fixed Inspect not working in chat lobby
- Fixed bigger enemy death animations and particles not scaling correctl
