[p]Path of Exile 2: The Last of the Druids will launch on PC and consoles soon! In this news post, we’ve gathered all the information you need to know about what happens on launch day and how to start downloading early.

To celebrate the launch of Path of Exile 2: The Last of the Druids, we're making the game free to play for three days on all available platforms.

As an additional gift we’re offering a few new cosmetic effects you can earn if you play in the Fate of the Vaal League during this Free Weekend. To clarify, all new and existing Path of Exile 2 players on all available platforms will be able to receive these microtransactions. Find out more about the Free Weekend here.

[/p][h2]Private Leagues Are Now Available[/h2][p]
Those of you who are planning to play in a Private Fate of the Vaal League at launch are now able to create them. Click here to set up your Private League (don’t forget to double check your start time upon creating)! Please note you cannot start these leagues until The Last of the Druids officially launches on December 12th (PST).

The realms will go down at December 12th 09:00 AM PST and patching will begin shortly after.

The servers go live at: December 12th 09:00 AM PST

Two hours before the end of the countdown, the realm will go down and patching will begin shortly after. When the countdown ends, the servers will be live and you'll be able to join the Fate of the Vaal Leagues.

The patch size for the update will be around 30GB on Steam.

Link your Path of Exile account to Twitch (see below) and tune in to The Game Awards at 4:00PM on December 11th PST to get the Druids of Maji Portal Effect. This portal will work in Path of Exile 2 immediately and will become available in Path of Exile 1 at a later date.
