Jeremy Pourcy returns for a sequel at LOUISIANA RETRO CON SPRING 2024!
Jeremy is the founder of the indie video game company Jrago Studios. He is also the creator of the recently released Steam title, "JRAGO THE DEMON HUNTER". His inspiration and implemented gameplay mechanics are borrowed from the classic 2D platforming combat experience that "Metroidvania" fans have come to love. His humble starts in creating games can be inspiring to some, as he is a self-taught video game designer! He has also written and composed all of the music for the game himself, which features some excellent tracks that heavy metal fans are sure to enjoy. In recent projects, Mr. Pourcy has confirmed that the Jrago series will be receiving a sequel sometime in 2024, titled JRAGO II: GUARDIANS OF EDEN. He will be offering more information on this upcoming game, as well as playable demo stations for his projects available all weekend at the convention!

Louisiana's one and only video game convention returns for the LARGEST show yet!
Louisiana Retro Con Spring 2024 is a video game-focused convention and nostalgia fest. Promoting a family-friendly atmosphere for children and adults of all ages, the event has something for everyone to enjoy. This is the first time that the event is TWO DAYS, so there will be a lot to see! The event will take place starting on March 2nd, 2024 (10:30 AM - 6:30 PM), and will end on March 3rd, 2024 (11 AM - 5 PM). We are proudly returning to the beautiful Morgan City Municipal Auditorium, and have the ENTIRE FACILITY available this time, offering even MORE space than ever before!
We also will have special appearances from CELEBRITIES for the first time, such as voice actor Andy Field (HandUnit and the Narrator from Five Nights at Freddy's), film actor Joseph Poliquin (Carl from the Five Nights at Freddy's movie) and Christian Stokes (Hank from the Five Nights at Freddy's movie)!
Attendees can expect FREE ALL-DAY ACCESS to the Retro Con Arcade area, which features 100's of retro video games to try out and play!
