[you may want to turn off smooth camera setting which may conflict with controllers joystick smoothing algorithms.] - Various Bug fixes and Polish

- Night Vision Battery set to 15 min, and drains correctly now. you will need to use it wisely!
- Improved Script animations and sequences
- Additional Jump scares modified and improved
- Graphics settings default settings adjustment
- Objectives Clarified and polished.
- Generator Buttons adjusted to avoid confusion [+ generator sound turns off now]
- Improves and modified localization objectives
- Removed Photo Camera [currently not used]
- Removed Board item Inventory Pickup
- Modified Note Texts
- Removed forced turn player head trigger
- Various other improvements and polish.

- New Photo Camera Item for New Game + Mode [+New Achievements]
- Divide Chapters from 5 to 8 to allow for shorter checkpoints.
- Fix Windows Glass Reflective Shading Issues.
