[Update] VIP system update preview
[p]Greetings from the CSN team! [/p][p]Based on the feedback and data from Survivors regarding the VIP system, we've taken a deep look at our current rank and reward structure. [/p][p]The existing VIP system had limitations built-in to immediately react to changing spending patterns or playstyles. We've seen continuous feedback that some rewards didn't feel very rewarding. [/p][p]So, we at the development team have completely overhauled the reward system to make it more helpful and easier to understand, with the goal of increasing the actual value of VIP rank. [/p][p]This first update, which includes system improvements, will be applied during the October 1st (Wed) patch. Details and the schedule of the upcoming second update will be announced separately at a later time. [/p][p]We'll continue to listen to your feedback and make improvements to the VIP system. [/p]
- [p]Changes to VIP Rank Application Time [/p]
- [p]Implementation of Real-time VIP Rank Calculation System[/p]
- [p]Previously, the VIP rank was calculated on the first of every month based on your cumulative purchases over the past three months, but after maintenance, it will be calculated in real-time based on your purchase date. Your cumulative purchases over the past 90 days will be summed up in real-time and reflected immediately.[/p]
- [p]Transitional Period Purchase Counting Time Extension[/p]
- [p]With the VIP rank calculation changed from a monthly basis to real-time, the transitional period will be handled as follows:[/p]
- [p]This extension is a one-time measure to provide flexibility in terms of maintaining or advancing to VIP rank.[/p]
- [p]After the enhancement update is applied, the normal real-time calculation will be applied and there will be no extension period. - [p]After the revamp, your rank will change in the same way as other tiers, dropping/staying/rising based on your recent cumulative purchase amount. [/p]
- [p]VIP Reward Renewal – Addition[/p]
- [p]Exclusive rewards are now organized by VIP ranks, with tiered rewards for each tier. [/p]
- [p]Penalty and Loss Invalidation Pass [/p]
- [p]You can use an unlimited number of , which prevents you from being penalized for forcing a session to end for as long as the benefit is active, and any Penalty and Loss Invalidation items you already own are not consumed. [/p]
- [p]VIP Room Host Benefits [/p]
- [p]If someone with this benefit hosts a room, the lobby of that room will be decorated with an exclusive background, and the room will be visually emphasized. [/p]
- [p]The host receives a 50% bonus to EXP and Medal progression, while participants receive a 10% bonus to EXP and Medal progression. [/p]

- The Medal progress bonus's remainder values are only maintained while staying online. [/p]
- [p]
- This effect is only applied if someone with the benefit creates the room and actually plays. If that person leaves the room, the room is changed to a regular one, and no longer grants the benefit. [/p]
- [p]Monthly Purchase Reward [/p]
- [p]A monthly purchase reward will be added. [/p]
- [p]You'll receive a Goodie Box if you upgrade or maintain your rank with the first payment of the month, based on your real-time VIP rank at the time of that purchase. [/p]
- [p]If you achieve a new VIP rank or maintain your existing rank through purchases within the month, you will receive a VIP Goodie Box box for each rank. (You can receive up to 12 VIP Goodie Boxes per month.) [/p]
- [p]If you increase your rank multiple times at once with a single purchase, it'll be considered reaching each of the ranks in sequence, and the rewards for each rank will be given all at once. [/p]
- [p](Example) If a Bronze rank player gets promoted straight to Platinum rank, four Goodie Boxes, one each for Silver, Gold, and Platinum, will all be awarded at that time. [/p]
- [p]The rewards for each rank can only be received once per month, and even if you drop from a rank and regain it within the same month, you will not re-receive that same award in that same month. [/p]
