[Notice] Regarding Facebook Chatbot Response Issue

Attention Survivors,

As some of you already know, an error had occurred on our official Facebook Chatbot over this weekend that didn't give a response to our Survivors with regards to the 'Subscribe to Chatbot' event.
This event where if you enter the command 'Hi Chatbot' into our Facebook Messenger, will issue a coupon code that you are able to use in-game, was not operating properly due to a technical difficulty found through careful investigation.

Currently, this issue has been resolved and the event is back online so please try again if you failed to receive a response. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused and thank you for your kind understanding regarding in advance.
