[Notice] Regarding Decoder System Revamp 11/27 Decoder Rates

Greetings from the CSN:S Team.

Here's a notice regarding the Decoder System Revamp, as well as the 11/27 Decoder rates.

There's an increase in the types of weapons, as well as a deviation in terms of performance for weapons in identical grades as we have go through more and more updates, gradually making it difficult to determine the performance level of the weapons. Therefore, we wish to revamp the Decoder system so it would be more intuitive to determine which weapons are good, as well as making it more straightforward to determine the source of acquisition of those weapons. Previously owned or purchased Decoders will remain until they expire, so you have nothing to worry about.


[Decoder System Revamped]
After 11/27, the existing Top 50 Decoders that were sold will gradually be stopped being sold, and a new grade system will be applied to the newly sold Decoders.

• The weapons included in the Decoders will be distinguished as disclosed below.
  The weapons in each of the groups were selected based on performance as well as popularity, and are subject to change from updates.
  
  • Transcendence Group 1 – Transcendence Weapons with outstanding performance
    
  • Transcendence Group 2 – Transcendence Weapons
    
  • Unique Group 1 – Unique, or Parts Weapons that can be enhanced up to +6
    
  • D. Unique Group 2 – Unique Weapons
    
  • E. Rare Group – Brand Weapons

• The Decoders are largely classified into 3 categories according to the highest grade of the weapons included.
  
  • Transcendence Decoder: Can obtain up to Transcendence Weapons as the highest grade
    
  • Unique Decoder: Can obtain up to Unique Weapons as the highest grade
    
  • Rare Decoder: Can obtain up to Rare Weapons as the highest grade

• All Decoders are classified into 2 types: Regular/Premium.
  Durational items do not appear from Premium Decoders, and the lowest grade of the weapons is 1 grade higher than regular Decoders.
  
  Ex. Transcendence (Regular) Decoder: Can obtain weapons of Rare - Transcendence grades
  Ex. Transcendence Premium Decoder: Can obtain weapons of Unique - Transcendence grades
