Dear Survivors
Currently there is an issue in which the [Nameplate + Letter ] item is not appearing from the Epic Decoders since 10 A.M. CET yesterday March 24th, 2021.
Players who used these Epic Decoders during this time will be redistributed as much as the amount used, and an additional 2 Unique Decoders will be distributed to all players of CSNS as a compensation for the ongoing emergency maintenance. (You are able to receive this compensation only if you log in by March 25th, 2021 today, 23:59.59 CET.)
