[Important Notice] Decoder Sale Discontinuation for Belgium & Slovakia Players

Dear Survivors,

Since June 30th, 2021, CSNS players playing from Belgium and Slovakia regions have been restricted from further Decoder purchases as announced previously. [Click for Previous Announcement]

However, intermittently, there was and still is a bug where Steam payments turn out successful, and in this case, only steam payments are made but items will not be distributed.

This bug will be fixed as soon as possible, and if you experience this problem, please contact our CS Team by submitting a ticket, and please make sure to not purchase any additional Decoders any further as you won't be able to receive the items due compliance with local regulations.
