[Notice] Regarding Some Known Issues

Dear Survivors,

Two issues are known currently bringing confusion to our players. These regard the Cumulative Attendance Reward Boxes and Clue items rewarded from the Exploration System. We would like to let you know that we are aware of the following and will bring fixes to these during next week’s unscheduled maintenance, February 24th, 2021.

[h3]1. Regarding Cumulative Attendance Reward Boxes[/h3]

• All accumulated Attendance Reward Boxes you have acquired before February 17th, 2021 were automatically collected through yesterday, February 17th‘s Regular Maintenance without prior notice. These Cumulative Attendance Reward Boxes will be restored back to your inventories through the February 24th unscheduled maintenance. However, please be advised that both redistributed Attendance Reward Boxes and unused Boxes you are currently receiving will all be collected/withdrawn during March 24th’s maintenance so please be advised and use them before.

[h3]2. Regarding Exploration System Reward Clue Items[/h3]

• Currently, the Exploration System reward is giving out Clue items as well. When you re-log back into the game after acquiring these Clue items, it will change to an Add-On item. All Clue items given from the Exploration System will be removed/collected for correction through February 24th’s unscheduled maintenance as well.
