Here's a rundown of some of the major changes in today's update!

Contents: New Maps + Studio Mode's Kingdom Collaboration
The new maps Joseon Marketplace and Researcher's Log Supplement #Joseon have been added. You can also now use the Season 5 theme, Joseon, in Studio. Obtain the Joseon theme for free by logging in during the giveaway period!

Event: Spring Seed Event (4/1 - 4/16)
Get Seeds when you first log in each day during the event. Then, use the Seed to get an immediate reward, or grow it into a Sprout or Fruit for even better rewards!

Event: New Map Event (4/1 - 4/16)
Get 3x EXP when you play the new Joseon Marketplace map during the event. You can also get additional rewards for reaching certain playtime milestones!

Event: Season 5 Kingdom Theme Studio Contest (4/1 - 4/29)
Participate in the Season 5 Kingdom Theme Studio Contest! Create maps using the Kingdom theme for a chance at great rewards. Refer to the separate contest notice for details. Also, participate in the Theme Package Giveaway and Studio Creation Feedback Event, which are running alongside the contest!

Shop: Transcendence Weapon Re-Sale Promotion (4/1 - 4/16)
During the promotion period, you can obtain the Transcendence weapons Thunder Ghost Walker and Dual Sword Phantom Slayer from decoders. Also, new weapon packages have been added to the Shop.

Spring Seed Event (4/1 - 4/16)

• Seed Growth Stages and Requirements
  
  • Seed: granted upon your first login each day during the event
    
  • Sprout: reach 30 minutes of playtime in Zombie Hero/Zombie Z Mode while you have the Seed
    
  • Fruit: get 30 zombie kills or assists in Zombie Hero/Zombie Z Mode while you have the Sprout
• Rewards for Each Growth Stage
  
  • Seed: grants Grade 3 Parts Reward Box x3 upon use.
    
  • Sprout: grants Rare Decoder x5 upon use.
    
  • Fruit: grants a random number of Rare Decoders and Harvested Fruit x1 upon use. The number of decoders will be random. (x1, x5, x10, x25, x50, or x100)
    
  • Harvested Fruit: collect a stack of 10 Harvested Fruit get the Dual Sword Infernal Hunter (Permanent) upon use.

  • You must possess the previous stage's item to grow it into the next stage.
    
  • Seeds, Sprouts, and Fruit will be removed at 00:00 (UTC +2) each day.
    
  • Harvested Fruit is not removed each day but will be removed during maintenance on April 16th.
    
  • Seed growth progress only happens in rooms with 8 or more players. Seed growth progress will not occur in Studio Mode.

New Map Event (4/1 - 4/16)

We're giving a small token of thanks to those who leave feedback on the Studio Creation Mode during the event.
Feel free to leave your honest feedback on the mode, including what you like, what you want to see improved, what ideas you have, etc.

• How to Participate
  
  1) Check the Event Notice on the STEAM Discussions board during the event
  2) Leave feedback on how to improve Studio Creation Mode in English, as a reply to the Notice
  3) Include your in-game nickname so we know who to give the reward to

Hello, Survivors, who have showered CSNS with unceasing love,

We would like to fill you in on the details of a recent bug and the actions we've taken to address it. Before we get into the details, we want to express our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment the bug may have caused you.

• Bug Details
  • We discovered a bug that allowed players to duplicate enhancement material parts.
  
  
  
• Actions Taken So Far
  1. Discovered the bug around 10:30 CET on 3/22.
     
  2. Performed an emergency maintenance at 15:00 that same day, blocking both further duplications from occurring and the usage of enhancement materials.
     
  3. Investigated players who exploited the duplication bug and the number of items they duplicated (found a confirmed total of 61 players).
• 4/1 Maintenance Actions
  1. After the 4/1 maintenance, you will be able to use enhancement materials again.
     
  2. As an apology for the inconvenience the bug may have caused you, we plan to give the following as compensation:
     
     • Compensation Redemption: Log in between the end of maintenance on 4/1 (Wed) and midnight CEST on 4/14 (Wed)
       
     • Compensation Items: Transcendence Decoder x3
  3. All materials wrongfully gained by the bug will be removed.
     
  4. If the materials were already used, EXP will be deducted from enhanced weapons based on the materials used. EXP deductions will be applied only to values changed after the maintenance on 3/18.
     
  5. Players who exploited the bug will be restricted from playing the game for up to 30 days, depending on the number of times they used the exploit.
     
     • 2 times: Restricted from playing the game for 1 day
       
     • 3 times: Restricted from playing the game for 7 days
       
     • 4 or more times: Restricted from playing the game for 14 days

We will do everything in our power to provide a stable, bug-free service in the future. We apologize once again for the inconvenience caused by the bug.

      • Incorrect information may delay the judging and reward processes, as we will have no way of reaching you. Please make your information is correct before submitting.
   4. Information Required (Please make sure no information is omitted.)
      
      • CSNS in-game nickname (write it exactly as it appears in-game)
        
      • Title of the map (write it exactly as it appears in-game)
   5. Optional Information:
      
      • Brief introduction to the map or additional notes. Please write in English.
5. Creator Support Event: Contest Celebration Studio Theme Package Giveaway (4/1 - 4/26)
   • Get a theme package if you are a participating creator out there who wishes to decorate their maps with a whole new kind of look and feel. This support event will last until 4/26. Please refer to the event notification for more details.
   
   
   
6. Participation Notes
   Please check the terms shown below, as participating in the contest means that you agree to all of the following.
   
   1. The award may be revoked from contestants who violate the Terms and Conditions or operational rules during the contest and award periods.
      
   2. The award may be revoked from contestants who participate using accounts other than their own or who violate the Terms and Conditions by plagiarizing or causing copyright issues.
      
   3. Entries containing sexually suggestive and violent images may be deleted.
      
   4. If there are no entries fitting the selection criteria, the number of winners may be changed.
      
   5. All legal responsibilities fall to the person who submitted the entry, should there be a legal dispute regarding the entry.
