Attention Survivors,

As some of you already know, an error had occurred on our official Facebook Chatbot over this weekend that didn't give a response to our Survivors with regards to the 'Subscribe to Chatbot' event.
This event where if you enter the command 'Hi Chatbot' into our Facebook Messenger, will issue a coupon code that you are able to use in-game, was not operating properly due to a technical difficulty found through careful investigation.

Events Decoder Mass Release Event (8/21 - 9/4)
Earn rewards by playing specific modes.

• Requirements
  Meet the specific requirements listed below each day during the event
  - Play a combined total time of 15 minutes of Zombie Hero or Zombie Z
  - Play 15 minutes of Hide and Seek
  - You can participate only in rooms of 8 or more players, with Studio Mode excluded from the requirements
  
  
• Rewards
  - Top 50 Event Decoder x5 (Maximum of 70 per account)
  - You cannot obtain Epic Fragments from the Event Decoders.

Subscribe to Chatbot Event (8/21 - 9/4)
Visit the official CSNZ Facebook Channel and enter ‘Hi Chatbot’ in the messenger to receive coupons that can be used in game. You can also subscribe to our Chatbot to earn additional rewards on 9/5 and get news on upcoming events.

• How to Participate
  1) Click the 'Send Message' button at the top right of our official Facebook page.
  
  2) In the messenger window that pops up, enter ‘Hi Chatbot’ in English, and the Chatbot will give you a coupon number. (Not case sensitive, and the responses will be given in English.)
  - Coupon Reward: Top 50 Event Decoder x3 (Once per account)
  
  3) Among all Survivors who subscribe to the Chatbot, we will randomly select 10 to receive additional rewards. These rewards will be revealed on 9/5 via Chatbot message.
  - Coupon Reward: Top 50 Decoder x3 + Transcendence Michaela (3 Days)
  
  4) Subscribe to the Chatbot to get news on upcoming events!
  

Season 3 Free Daily Rewards (For Regular Survivors) (8/21 - 9/4)
Season 3 Free Daily Rewards are starting.

• Requirements
  - Survivors who logged in must reach 10 minutes of play time during the event

  - Given Each Day: 50 Mileage
  - 5 Days: Top50 Event Decoder x5
  - 7 Days: Top50 Event Decoder x7
  - 10 Days: Top50 Event Decoder x10
  

Season 3 Free Daily Rewards (For New/Returning Survivors) (8/21 - 9/4)
Survivors who are new to the game or have been AWOL for more than 30 days will be given Special Free Daily Rewards. The rewards shown below will last for 4 weeks after logging in.

• Requirements
  - Survivors who have not logged in for the past 30 days or have logged in for the very first time during the event must reach 10 minutes of play time

  - Given Each Day: Parts Weapon Selection Box (x1)
  - 1 Day: Grade 4 Parts Reward Box (x5)
  - 2 Days: Grade 4 Parts Reward Box (x10)
  - 3 Days: Grade 4 Parts Reward Box (x15)
  - 4 Days: Armor Break Part - Grade 5 (x1)
  - 5 Days: Gun Boost Part - Grade 5 (x1)
